Account Blocked on PokerOK

Hello.

I would like to share my situation and ask if anyone has faced something similar on PokerOK. Recently, my account was blocked by the security team.

There have been over a month of checks: verifying my passport and address registration, a video in front of my registered address, and a three-hour video of my gameplay...

In the last email, I was told that I was denied further service, but the funds in my account would be returned. Of course, no reason was stated, even though during the final check—a three-hour video of my game—there were absolutely NO violations from my side.

I have always played honestly and have never used any prohibited software or bots.
My account is less than a year old; I mainly play low-stakes MTT tournaments.
This past month, I mostly focused on studying and analyzing my game, so my results improved a bit.

I was fully willing to cooperate and sent all the required documents for verification as quickly as possible.

I understand that PokerOK needs to actively combat unfair play, but it's very upsetting that regular players who have never broken the rules end up being blocked.

My last hope for unblocking my account is an appeal or drawing the attention of the room's support and other players who have faced similar situations on forums.

If anyone has experienced something similar or has successfully appealed, I would be very grateful for your advice. Thank you.
