Holdem Indicator, Tournament Indicator, Omaha Indicator, etc.

Ok, so here is a bit of a random tidbit. Over a year ago, I contacted support at Hold'em Indicator to find out why the free version would not work on play money games. I got no response. I tried again a few days ago under the same name but different email and still got no response. I tried again last night using a different email and fake name. I got a response this time. Therefore, I have concluded that I pissed him off somehow. However, in the response I was to provide them with a product ID number which I did. I got a reply to that with a license code which is good for 24 hours. This is odd behavior. I replied back to that saying that I was not asking for a free 24 your trial of the real money games but was asking why the product will not work with play money games as advertised. I can't wait to see what the response is to that but I doubt that I will be getting one.

So what is the deal with this guy? I notice from this thread that others have had issues with this guy. I just find this odd. It is advertised as free for play money but when I ask I get an irrelevant reply. Anyone else experience this same issues with him? Does he pretend not to understand what someone is asking to dodge the issue in question, or what?

I also bought a lifetime license from them 9 years ago, it worked for a while, then i got a new computer and they refused to give me a new code, then after ignoring me for months they finally gave me one. Now 9 years later I just bought ANOTHER code because I have a new computer again, they sent me the code but it does not work and they have been ignoring my emails AGAIN. Super shady company, I've sent them $200 and will be reporting as fraud

I also have purchased lifetime access to several Indicator products, and have found them to be very useful.
However, now PS has released a new patch which has rendered them inoperable. This is not the first time. Usually, the Indicator crew eventually releases a patch to fix the issue, but they haven't yet. What is distressing is that my emails asking what is going on are being ignored. In the past, my inquiries would always be politely answered.
I wonder what is going on?

I can handle it in my head on two tables, but four and I need something like this.

Ah I was just looking for solutions to get Tournament Indicator working with Pokerstars again but sounds like that's a no go. I've had this program for so long, I've actually requested a new code multiple times, probably 30 or 40 times. They did used to let me have it on multiple machines (I ran it on my desktop and laptop) but they stopped me doing that the same time they asked for another $60 like others have said in this thread. This was some time ago and I'd used it so much so I agreed.

Cut to now and I'm back interested in poker but can't get it to work with Pokerstars, any sites it actually still works on?
Saying that they gave me a new key no questions asked but I'm a bit worryed about the app itself if it's not being maintained properly.

Usually they would fix Holdem Indicator after an update Bodog/Bovada/Ignition in a few days..
