Cheated at Coinpoker in so many ways

This is my first post here but i am a microstakes player NL and PLO 25, 50, and sometimes 100, i am one of the biggest micro table openers that have played for fun and i have no big ambitious to be a winning player

However I want to share an experience right after i went on a huge run against a very well know run it once pro and managed to win 8k working myself up a bit finally taking a shot for 1k and over a period of 3 weeks playign this player i managed to win 8k

I cant imagine the feeling that heppened only to have Coinpoker, since they know i am also a house and casino player , they pervented me first of all for a very long time to cashout, asked for verirications, i had to wait 3-4 days and my email replies that were 20/30 minutes liek everyone else now was handled 3 or 4 days at a time

This brought an extremely unease feeling and i am lie i said not a poker player i have destructive ways so i handled this stab in the back by my operator by staring sports games, big mistake

I have been ripped off in various angleshootings from the bookmakers in Coinpoker, wich are well known scammers in the industyr compared tostandard backends from my experience wich is extensive in fun gambling, not so serious is, they basicly decline all bets and keep adjusting ods until it fits them and somethign unexoected in their favour is going to happen 30 seconds, wich is i guess fine thats the game, but then they start disconnect you, and cause timeout sessions for your cashouts

last thing that happened was extremely ugly and is the main reason i am here, a few days ago i had a substansial bet on the book maker and my team in basket was up with 15 pts and the line was 15 pts, I made my slip got confirmation, but as soon as my team did 10 scores the slip dissapeared entirely from my history

i kept waitng waiting and i realise dafter few minutes gone this was because my team was now huge ahead, luckily i emailed support and told them and claimed this bet should be voided and provided screenshots what not

not only did i not get an apology from coinpoker, they again didnt answer me where my money went, as of now there was NO SLIP, no MONY, no trace over my bet and still is not

after 3 days i got reports that my bet has got rejected and i now have ty o wait additional 5 business days to get the money back

is this how customers should be treated at coinpoker? I forgot to say just recently i bought 200 $ of cph i actually spoke to some support on discord about this and they recommended me to buy it, only to find the cph became entirely useless and i have to use them as money now

is there anyway i can complain? is there anyone i could turn to to get fairly treated, its not to much about the money but this is systematic and i am willing to document and proove coinpoker is cheating in their sportsbook and future section, there is another post someone got BANNED for critisizing the site, and im sure this swamp is deeper than people can think,

I know again its my own fault for playing on a unserious and unlicensed site, atleast in practical real gaming authority licenses that are well known but id like to encourage other sportsbookers to speak up if you felt what i experienced.
