Top Chef
The new season starts with a two-part premiere, today and tomorrow.
I think Sara Bradley was one of the few who understands the game and risk/reward on the show.
Sara was vvgood.
The thing with Soo in LCK is odd. Someone asked Tom about why David wasn't there after being the first eliminated and he just replied "He opted out." Dave seemed like kind of a self-important tool tbh and I suspect he was butthurt after being first out, and just went home.
I feel like they brought Soo in as a last-minute replacement and I suspected he was always making it to to the competition almost regardless. And the last ep of LCK bears me out because that club sandwich monstrosity he made looked disgusting.
adding raisin bread to everything else was sure a head scratcher.
Yeah without the top piece of bread I thought his sandwich looked really good. A bit too big.
Fish boils look really gross and pointless. Burn kerosene for no real reason.
thanks for the reminder...i need to get caught up
New season in Carolinas looks kind of meh. Padma
has a new show on CBS which was not very good.
only one ep deep at the moment, still reserving judgement
kristin be kish tho
I like seeing people **** up. The more ridiculous the task the better.
Kristin is a great host
Enjoying this new season. Kristin is great. Also want to point out that in Restaurant wars Duyen looked crazy hot in that outfit with the boots.
Agreed on both points!
in no particular order, my top four:
Laurence
Rhoda
Duyen
Anthony
Sherry as a wild card
Brandon was my guy. He really pooped the bed on the ep he went home.
I'd say Laurence/Rhoda top 2 remaining
That Sieger exit was something. Weird dude.
Yeah, super cringe as if the judges would change their minds.
It really looked like someone left a bag at Whole Foods. That was a weird edit given that no one left a bag.
Very risky strategy by Jonathan. Nice cook but pretty much relying on someone else messing up, because you aren't beating any well cooked dishes with a bread.
