NFL Offseason 2026
it's the most wonderful time of the year for pretend GMs - the NFL Offseason!
Sure the games are fun, but the 7 months of
Chiefs traded for Justin Fields.
I think mahomes has enough top 100 pass catchers that he will be fine and be able to beat out fields in the training camp QB battle and hold him off at least for another season, but I think it is great KC has a young back up plan in case mahomes doesn't work out.
Expert. Well done

i love how top 100 pass catchers help mahomes but wouldn't help his backup π
We are stuck in this period between when free agency starts (it was exciting for a few days) and the draft that is slow on exciting news. Iβm glad some of you enjoyed a bit of excitement about some news about a backup QB being traded for a late 2027 pick.
In fairness to those who took my post at face value I must admit I think Mahomes is grossly overrated, but in no world is he Justin fields level of bad.
Oh good this ****ing idiot showed up again

I would trade Bork for a box of Cap’n Crunch oops all berries and a day old steak
The Denver Broncos are trading for Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle in exchange for first-, third- and fourth-round picks in this year's draft, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Tuesday.
The Broncos will also receive a fourth-round pick in return from the Dolphins.
I can't believe this overpaying still occurs in the NFL.
Also: It looks like the A.J. Brown trade value just went up.
Hate to see him go, but the Broncos got absolutely fleeced on this one. Sorry mongo where ever you are.
Other guy who got fleeced was Malik Willis. Guy is getting paid but has one of the grimmest receiver rooms in history
Tutu Atwell
Jalen Tolbert
Terrace Marshall
Malik Washington
Theo Wease Jr
Itβs a fully committed tank on behalf of your boys. I wonder if they will trade out of at least one of their first rounders this year to pick up a 1 for next year when theyβll hopefully be picking a QB
Terrace Marshall lol. I'm surprised he didn't go to Buffalo.
Breakout year incoming for Tutu and Malik haha.
But seriously. 7 picks in the first 3 rounds. They're obviously drafting a WR and probably a TE as well (Michael Trigg come on down!).
If Iβm reading this correctly, the Dolphins have $115m of dead capβ¦BEFORE they count Tuaβs dead cap hit
Theyβre actually over the cap currently for 2026!
Yup, it’s crazy lol. But at least it seems like they’re trying to take the hit and restart. I think I saw the highest cap hit on their active roster right now is only $11 mil.

Crazy definitely the word for having to cut more and extend others to fit another $50m of dead cap space!
Gonna be a minimum 2 year rebuild. Would actually be fun as a GM, not so much for the first time head coach
no doubt broken sams club premium price caps were left in the wake for a whole waddle penguin dance
guessing peyton started salivating then quickly placed an online order for that particular blue box coverage toy for boy nix
I donβt mind it. (In the context of the WR market that I really donβt understand)
Waddleβs contract is really good, (itβs basically 3-60) he should be in his prime as they are getting his age 27,28 and 29 seasons and he fits really well with Sutton.
Itβs also picks 30 and 94, so while a 1st and a 3rd seems huge, they are very close to a 2nd and a 4th which seems like a bargain.
Also, wtf does Payton care about draft picks. Heβll just mortgage the future and leave, like he did with the Saints
