Free poker tournament clock I built for my home game (demo inside)
I run a quarterly home poker tournament and got tired of juggling blind sheets, timers, and prize pool calculations.
So I built a poker tournament clock that runs on a TV and handles things automatically:
• Blind level timer
• Break rounds
• Prize pool calculations (buy-ins, rebuys, bounties)
• Big-screen display for players
There’s a free demo you can try in the browser here:
I’d genuinely appreciate feedback from people who run their own games. If there are features you’d want added, let me know.

Nice. The big-screen display is the thing most homemade setups miss — people actually pay attention to the clock when it's on the TV.
A couple of things that always come up in home games: an audio alert (or at least a visual flash) when a new level starts is surprisingly useful, especially when side conversations are happening. Also, if you can display the next blind level alongside the current one, players stop asking "what are blinds after this?" every single round.
One other thing worth adding eventually: seat draw / table assignments. Not critical for small games but once you're running 15+ people across two tables it's a common pain point.
