Has there been any announcement/rumor regarding the rakeback deal starting April? I think everyone is on the same page with the mass glitches, so I will decide my participation after reviewing what the rakeback percentage is, not that I'm welcome at Coin in particular.

Has there been any announcement/rumor regarding the rakeback deal starting April I think everyone is on the same page with the mass glitches, so I will decide my participation after reviewing what the rakeback percentage is, not that I'm welcome at Coin in particular.

So far we've made an announcement on our upcoming $500k a week in Splash the Pot rewards, on X. There will be more to come in the next three days on other types of rewards / rakeback - we're exploring ways to include both in order to reward both regs and recs.

Overall we aim to have the lowest effective rake, and reward all our player pool. What you can expect is a combination of flat rakeback at some fixed percentage, plus leaderboards, and other new CoinRewards on top, that overall can add up to as high as 60 - 80% effective rakeback.

On rake, it is a finetuning process, but be assured our #1 priority is to make our players feel heard and valued. Please keep sending us feedback, and to our ambassadors. We'll be reviewing what happens in April and adjusting accordingly.

Was anybody in Tournament #130998 starting on March 23 at 20:10 PST (23:10 EST)? I'm not sure if anyone will ever believe this, but I did manage to take a few screenshots towards the end. Basically, around the time the MTT was ITM, the tournament froze and everyone received a message saying a new table will pop up in 5 minutes or the tournament will be canceled.Approximately 5

Just as an update, I received $15 with no explanation of what technical errors occurred and how the tournament was chopped. It seems like a silent way of saying they will always choose to screw over for-profit players in favor of having the games dry up slower. I was hoping these guys would be different, but then again they know I'll still play. Lol.

Speaking as someone that has done the rep thing for another site, I understand that you can only provide us the information that you are given the green light to share, so please understand that this is not a dig on you personally, but it is absolutely ridiculous that there seemingly was not a nearly finalized plan in place and already announced for the end of this promotional month.

What proofs of legit RNG we have from this shady indian source?

Is there a way to import into PT4?

They had the best software of any site. Now they upgraded, from which I see no upgrade. They were up there with Ultimate Bet software. Now I can say this is not as good as the prior.

Ultimate bet? Coin poke is old software in my opinion was terrible this is way better

will hu tables have splash pots? will hu hands count towards leaderboards?

HU tables already count towards leaderboards so i'm sure it won't change after this month.

Over 24 hours with no reply to my support ticket. Unblock me account please.

I know I don’t run any 3rd party software, I only connect from 2 IP addresses (work and home) and I only deposit and withdrawal to 1 wallet. So there should be no reason my account was blocked even in error

Username same as here.

Why was my account instantly blocked upon making a very small deposit ($15).. ?

I literally just made the account.

Is this normal?

The rep has messsged me asking me to stop speaking badly of the site. How’s about you and coin poker try and rectify the number of issues you have rather than spending time trying to silence my free speech on this forum. You scum bag.

@Coinpoker Rep - what is the plan for making Hand Histories available for download

It's being worked on at the moment, I don't have an exact timeframe unfortunately but it is a high priority.

There is a finalized plan that will be announced by the 31st. We have 5 days until the end of the month.

One part that was announced so far is the Splash the Pot rewards, $500k a week, as a sneak peek of the rest it will also include bigger CoinRaces leaderboards and a flat rakeback element.

1/Free speech doesnt cover abusive behaviour
2/Just as a wild idea, expecting assistance on something isnt best dealt with by calling the person in a position to assist a scumbag. Im amazed they dont just tell you to go play elsewhere.

I asked if your withdrawal was sorted out, thanks for confirming it has been. Then I mentioned you keep posting things like this below, this doesn't really help anyone:

There is going to be a mass exodus when the 100% rake back is over, including myself.

I'll escalate this for you. They should reply within 72 hours, at the moment, I'm not in the security team that would deal with blocked accounts but I can try to find out what happened and get back to you.

It's not normal, can you email [email protected] from your registered email then the team can check what happened there.

@SolomonL So you only received the buy-in and they just kept the prize pool? I would not continue to play on a site that did that to me just on principle alone.

@Coin_poker Sorry, it's normal that after making the deposit yesterday, even today, even after the request to support (who after giving them the hash and everything requested) they disappeared without any response... one day for an Etherum transaction!! Guys, something doesn't add up!

CP have just posted the following on "x"

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working on the next step for rewards on CoinPoker, with player input playing a key role in how we’ve built it. Your support on and off the tables has been overwhelming. Thank you for that.

Today, we’re introducing CoinRewards, CoinPoker’s new rewards system.

CoinRewards is designed with one clear goal in mind: to strive to offer some of the lowest effective rake in the industry, while rewarding the entire player pool and supporting a healthy, active ecosystem where games remain sustainable and beatable at every level.

CoinRewards replaces the previous system, where rewards only benefited a small part of the player base. It runs automatically, with no opt-in required, and rewards players during play, across sessions, and after they finish playing.

CoinRewards combines three core components:

• CoinRaces
CoinRaces has been upgraded to distribute $1,000,000 per week, with rewards paid out every 2 hours. The new format spreads rewards across more positions, meaning more players are getting paid consistently throughout the day.

We rolled out the updated CoinRaces format ahead of this launch so players could experience it in real conditions. You can already review your results and see how much you’ve been earning from it, and we’d encourage you to take a look and share your feedback on how it can be improved further.

• Infused Splash Pots
With Infused Splash, CoinPoker is adding $500,000 per week on top of the existing Splash the Pot system. This turns it from a player-funded mechanic into a true rewards channel that plays out directly at the tables. That added value shows up in real time during gameplay, with Mega Splashes that can hit up to 1000 big blinds.

• Daily Rewards
A small but meaningful part of the overall rewards spend is a flat daily reward of 15% paid directly into your account on top of everything else.

Together, these components are designed to reward all player segments and keep games running with strong participation across the board.

One of our key priorities is our commitment to keeping the online poker dream alive. We support you in this journey and want to show that with our actions

➡️ We will continue to give at least 100%+ rewards back on microstakes.

That means keeping the rewards system set up to distribute at least 100% of all fees straight back to the player pool. CoinPoker won’t take a cut and will keep adding extra money to the microstakes ecosystem.

We want poker to grow, and for players at every level to have a real path to climb through the stakes. New players are the most important, and we want them to have a real shot, so we aim to be your partner in making this as easy as possible.

We're also fully committed to supporting the high-stakes ecosystem for both action players and professionals. In April, CoinPoker will roll out High Stakes Poker Rewards. Similiar to before the launch, this unique rewards program is designed to benefit all players competing at $50/$100 and above, regardless of skill level. We are working closely with the Highstakes community and full details will be published on our website later this week.

Pro battles will have minimal cost, and action players may receive over 100% back via custom rewards. If you are a player driving action, please reach out to our VIP team.

We know that building a system like this is not a one-step process. And we will improve over time with your help.

Finding the right balance across all stakes and player types requires continuous refinement, and we will keep adjusting where needed. Our priority is to make sure all players feel heard and valued, and that the system evolves in a way that is fair and sustainable. Your feedback is a key part of this.

Please keep sharing your thoughts, suggestions, and concerns with us. We are listening closely, and your input will continue to shape how CoinRewards develops over time.

Thank you for your continued support.

• Daily Rewards
A small but meaningful part of the overall rewards spend is a flat daily reward of 15% paid directly into your account on top of everything else.

---

LOL. Everything else is a Splash Pot gimmick (the year 2019 wants their weak idea back), play heavy Leaderboards or amazing rewards for $50/100 nosebleeds. My view is that poker sites "faciltates" the running or a game a deserves a small fee for doing so. But we have reached the point where poker sites think they can stick their hand in the pot and take out a large amount as a percentage and/or cap. And they they promise to give you back some of your own money in "rewards". I'll pass. Last regular player out the building don't forget to turn the lights off.

Sorry for the dumb question, but how do you change your avatar? I can't figure it out for the life of me.

How disappointing for anyone between micros and high stakes(although it’s probably gonna be just as bad for them once more details come out). Rake effectively doubles while rakeback is cut in half for anyone who is not a no life mega multitabeling maniac. To claim that rewarding that type at the cost of everyone else is good for the game or ecosystem is just beyond laughable. As suspected this was nothing but a money grab wrapped up in empty β€˜game back to the players’ rhetoric from the get go. Easy fold on Coin for me.
