I learned a new McDonalds hack. You can bypass the cool down waiting period for using multiple app offers by using the offers on a kiosk. No cool down there.

Please change this man's undertitle to:

I like BJ! However, these days Vegas gambling conditions makes me sad.

The spicy Jalapeno Ranch club from CFA is outstanding. I'm hooked on it.
The sauce gets like oily if the packet is steamed up from food in the bag though. Definitely take the sauces out of the bag when you get your food.

Also- Burger King fries taste different. I got a whopper to try the new whopper which was better than I recall the last time I had one years ago but the fries were actually crispy on the outside, well salted and still pillowy inside. Solid lunch I had from BK. Hope they bring back the old chicken tenders from when I was a kid. I literally dream of those tenders. That and the old pan pizzas from Pizza Hut.

It's always such a bummer when you're on a fast food heater and then you get served a meal that's so terrible you question why you ever eat the stuff.

Been hitting the local Rick's for breakfast some lately and they've delivered every time, hot crisp hash browns, perfect sandwiches and burritos, fresh coffee.

Visited a different location this morning running errands and blech. Cold hash browns that tasted like old fryer oil, not edible. Lukewarm coffee. Sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin was okay I guess but it really needed thirty seconds under the heat lamp or in the microwave or whatever to pull it together. One and half stars.

Yeah, nasty McD’s hashbrowns are the worst. I buy the hashbrown patties frozen from different places and air fry them and they’re amazing as you never get that nasty old oil taste.

Just so much variance in fast food. When you find a Rick’s that is firing on all cylinders you know you’re living right!

There is also a surprising price difference between the ones around me.

I haven't done Chipotle in many years, but I'd always go double beans no rice.

I get breakfast from various places, but the trip always goes through BK drive-thru for their hash brown/tater tots.

I found one, but it's a 15 minute drive. Still worth it to eschew the one around the corner from my house.

I still don't know how they can stay in business. They have a crew that must be a dozen people to do what JITB can do with 4, and BK can do with 6. Yet they're still the slowest FF in my town.
