They were enriching weapons grade uranium within a year of Trump withdrawing from JCPOA. There is literally no other reason Iran would have nuclear research and enriching facilities except for producing weapons.
Iran has supposedly enriched to 60%. weapons grade is 90%. get your facts straight or provide a citation.
The US is now ready for anything. This is gonna put pressure on the Chinese to convince the Iranians to make a deal. The Chinese know they are screwed if the US takes Kargh Island(Trump Island) The US would also control the Straight of Trump. They would probably put an embargo on certain ships from going through. The Iranians would get a taste of their own medicine.

Kharg island is too important and too strategically easy to take with a small land force to not do it . idk why its such a big deal gotta risk it to win the biscuit. sure a land invasion is way more effort then its worth but taking and holding strategic coastal territories is so incredibly easy for the us military not doing it would be a disservice to your people. There is no way for us to know what the US is planning at this point with Kharg Island and we wont know until its already started or ended. 2+2 regs arent going to be in the loop here on anything.

none? take a few casualties . I doubt iran really has the stocks to target their own island anyway and its easier to defend an area you expect to get attacked vs the entire middle east. they cant afford to send missiles after foot soldiers
