Edit: Not complaining or anything I genuinely do not understand what happened and in what situations what happened happens ty.

the clue giver, insanity, just got the scale backwards. his number was 14(3 over avg) but since he got it backwards he was accidentally cluing for 8(3 below avg)
it happens fairly often
i picked my scale then never looked at it again and just figured intuitively that most successful would be 21 instead of 1, so i clued for that
don't really think anything was spewed (obviously i'm not picking denver as unsuccessful), but now that i'm thinking about it, maybe it would have been harder to clue my true rand for a slightly unsuccessful team?
