That's fine (if not cheap) for getting funds onto Phenom. To take the off, it has to be USDT on the Polygon network.

Has anything changed on Phenom over the last 12 weeks? When I played there it was basically an alpha version poker room with a shitton of bugs. I rage quit after I could not rebuy when whale stacked me :( I pressed rebuy like maybe 5-8 times which drained all my funds and I had to write to support to get my money, still not sure I got everything back. I was surprised they launched it in this state.

I can't remember the last time I've had a problem where I got funds stuck in a table contract. It's interesting that you say they launched in a bad state. Sure, there were issues, but I have seen tons of issues with other sites that launched recently. You can iron out only so many bugs during beta testing. The site has been running really smooth for me.

They just released their daily tournament schedule with a bunch of guarantees. With lots of overlays. Also, for their 1 year anniversary there are freerolls all week, but you have to be at least silver tier (raked at least $100)

They seem to be absolutely zero interested in any decent traffic. Last time the rep was here was ages ago, not even a comment to that scam mail that was posted above.

That whole mixed game concept is lame. Those are niche games that will only attract very few players imo. Sit and goes are online with like 0 players. They are like completely dead whenever i check.

If u want to attract people in this day and age release spins, offer turbo and hyper turbo formats, and offer some freerolls where its easy to win a small buck here and there. Those mixed and whatever other games freerolls with only a very low number of places paid are unattractive to play and build a roll imo. Not one single NLH freeroll among them.

I was shocked by this too given the gravity of the incident it warrants a response from a representative of the site.

Tldr: Phenom does not admit any responsibility and refused to refund me for the lost balance. Another user who was scammed in the same way had his balance withdrawn again after redepositing, even though he did not click on any links and had turned on 2FA at that point.

I played on Phenom before too, but the software is extremely frustrating. Basic things are missing or broken (like proper sound effect settings, auto-reload not working) and they still haven’t been fixed, even though they were reported many months ago.

Phenom has potential long-term, but ignoring core usability is pushing players away.
Instead of fixing fundamental gameplay issues, the focus seems to be on low-priority features.

Apparently PhenomMike left Phenom Poker in August 2025.

If anyone has good connections there, perhaps you would suggest to them that he is replaced here, to assist with questions from and suggestions by their players?

why do you allow employees to play at phenom?

Hello! We have responded to this player via our support channels. If you click a phishing link without your 2FA turned on, you will likely lose your funds, unfortunately and there's nothing we can do about that. We have found no evidence that the scammers had inside information. If this is the case, we assume they would have only targeted the largest wallets, and this didn't appear to be the case.

Allowing staff to play keeps the team closely connected to real gameplay, which helps us identify issues, test features in live conditions, and improve the platform based on actual player experience.

You will need to select USDT on the Polygon (POL) network. Make sure you're withdrawing to a wallet that accepts USDT on the POL network. It can't hurt to send a small amount to test it first if you're unsure.

You can also use site support if you need additional help.
