Simple Habits for Better Health

I wanted to share some easy habits that have helped me feel healthier and stronger:
Move a little every day – even a 20–30 min walk or stretch helps
Eat real food – fruits, veggies, and enough protein are key
Drink enough water – it keeps you energized
Sleep well – 7–8 hours really makes a difference
Take care of your mind – try relaxing, meditating, or just breathing deeply
Fitness doesn’t have to be complicated. Little steps every day can make a big difference.
