Yes approximately 08:00 UTC for tables that are closed, that you've left. It actually worked in a similar way before in that players could buy CHP just before closing their tables, and still earn rakeback for that entire session, even if they hadn't held CHP for all of the hands.

What happened to the new player deposit bonus for new players who registered & deposited in March? I thought the bonus was coming for April, but I can only see the Casino bonus offer when I go to the deposit page.

is there a sit out next BB option in the software? I am loving the new software, great job. Now, let's just fix the rake.

Also curious about this. Was going to sign up but what I'm reading about the rake and new rb is making me very apprehensive. No bonus is pushing me away completely.

Yea, after playing in this new reward system I have to admit that RB is actually very good and makes the effective rake decent. I don’t have Drive HUD on my Mac so can’t track exactly but feels like I’m getting good amount back.

It’s mainly because the leaderboards are not leaderboards in a traditional sense, every place gets the same percentage no matter how high they place. Strange that this was not communicated in advance. It would have saved them the public backlash which was based on traditional understanding of leaderboards.

The number drivehud reports ive paid in rake this month, and the amount of gold coins i have received this month (which i think is 1 gold coin = 1 usd paid in rake) arent close at all, anyone else got a big difference?

It says on the site they charge a 'convenience fee' in converting rake into gold coins. Convenience for what? And how much is it? There were many elements of coinpoker I quite enjoyed last month, but it lacks clarity. I don't know how much it is costing me to play poker on the site - without downloadable hh's I don't know how much rake I'm actually paying, and the mixed rb system means I don't know how much of that unknown rake I am getting back!

Well guys, that’s a lot of people I know who have left Coinpoker since March. And others mentionning they won't partake.

In my opinion, you should add a reward system similar to Stars back in the day, with Supernova Elite for your very high-rake players.

Also, add popular games like Spin & Go?

This should now be visible in the cashier today if you have the latest update installed. New players that deposited in March are eligible for it in April or beyond, yes, you'll need to select the offer when you make your next deposit.

So after experiencing your reward system first hand I became a believer again and have to admit I was wrong and to pessimistic about the amount of rake I thought I was gonna be charged. I apologise for my somewhat hostile earlier post, although it should have been communicated better on your part that your leaderboards are not leaderboards in the traditional sense. Anyway, I’m back to Coin being my fav and main site.

To keep improving the software for me these are the next major changes to be implemented, can you update on the status of these:

1. Downloadable and/or trackable hand histories.

2. Save layout option

3. Sit out BB option

They need to figure out why every poker app doesn't work well with coinpoker and have downloadable hands before the HU cgwc thing. Today at HU i got 3 bet when i had KK and the table freezes and eventually closes. It took maybe 30 seconds to find the table in the lobby but it had already timed out.

How about adding some hot key options??

Just played a 2hr session at NL10, where I expected rake to be 0%, but apparently only NL2 and NL5 qualify as "micro", while 10/25/50 as "Low", so they are being raked. After a multitude of updates, the software is still very tough to play. I do see potential, but way too many things are wrong. I will list my findings.

1. Performance - it's just terrible.
I have an 8-year laptop with i7-8550U 1.8 GHz, 4 cores / 8 threads, 16 GB RAM = the GPU consumption was quite big. Initially I was playing 5 tables, opening the 6th literally froze the screen. Some tables closed by themselves. 5 tables were still kinda unplayable, had to drop down to 4 to prevent lagging.
I do have a new gaming laptop with a pretty powerful Ryzen AI 7 350, 2 GHz up to 5, 8 cores / 16 threads, 32 GB RAM = will see how this one deals with a software that kills the computer just like the FarCry did, back in the days

2. Lobby has been improved, but still, never in my poker career have I felt so lost in the lobby.
- often times I would click the [5/6] table hoping to get a seat = nope, it was already full. Sometimes it happened with [4/6]
- Wait list simply doesn't work - you can't do it from the lobby, you have to open the table, then specify the buy-in (why?!) and...most likely keep that table opened...cause if you will close it and open it back again - the waitlist can be clicked again, which means your reservation was cancelled
- I don't see any preview of the players sitting at the table
- can't sort by players of Avg stack columns

Because of the above, any table selection is very hard. Well, due to performance issues I couldn't even do it, cause then my screen would freeze. Not even GG is consuming that much

3. The scroll up auto bet bug !
There is a big bug here! At least 5 times I had a situation where I wanted to scroll up my open raise from 2.0 to 2.5 BB, but the software would click "Raise" instead and then I ended up opening with 2.0 BB. What is worse is it can min 3-bet when you don't want it to. I have seen other regs min 3-betting a few times too.

I have zero idea how they work. First, there is a sound alarm that literally made me scared (sounds are overall quite bad), then there was a shiny chest animation that clearly slowed the software down, then it said "SPLASH +20 BB", but only 8 BB was added to the pot? It said: 1.5 BB + 8 BB. I think every player had to pay 0.8 BB or so. However, the winner received a message above him "Splash won +20 BB". So is it 8 or 20? Rush and Cash money drops are so much better. You can clearly see what is going and how much is being added to the pot.

6. New Leaderboards are great
I like the idea of shortening the duration from 4 to 2 hours and I also like a very wide payment structure. This is a very, very good step, everyone can benefit from that. I think that's why they advertise it as additional rakeback.

7. HUD is working, which is nice

8. I only played 754 hands and raked $6.83 according to my tracker, which is over 9 bb/100. I received roughly $2.60 from the leaderboard, although there were some coins too (is that the 15% RB?) and in total I was able to transfer $3.48, which translates to 51% RB, if my tracker is correct.

9. CHP and other bonus releases
The good thing is that they both get added to your promotional balance, so you can use them immediately - instead of releasing the bonus, you just have to wager it.
I had roughly $268 in my balance and ended up b/e. Now my "withdrawable" balance shows $25.19, so hopefully I can soon convert it all.
Note: I do have $100 bonus and $168 CHP bonus, I guess both of them might be active at the same time? If yes, then maybe the release pace is twice as fast compared to a situation where I would only had one of the bonuses.

I do know that regular balance (that $25.19) will be used first, so no idea if the wagering pace will be just as fast. I would happily jump to NL25 in order to increase the pace, but don't feel that much confident with the laggy software.
Will report back if my new laptop can handle it better.

15% flat : At the moment, not easy to be sure that's true : my rake seems to differ between the one defined by Drivehud and the one calculated by Coinpoker (based on the "flat 15%" rewards cumulated for April) - a difference of about 30% in my case if i am right (but the bonus due to CHP could make it wrong).

50% no matter where u place : This is not my understanding. Let's say you ranked 1st of the HS coin race with 2k rewards for 40 players and let's say u raked 10% of the total rake of all the 40 players, you will be rewarded with 200usd whether you raked 5000 usd or 500usd.

Splash pot : Fees collected for splash pots are not part of the rake and are totally allocated to splash pot prizes so it does'nt affect the rb at all.

So my understanding is that you could have only 15% rb if you never qualify for cashgame leaderboards and if you qualify for cashgame leaderboards, you can't know how much you will have because you can't know the total generated rake for one of their coinRace.

In my case, i made calculation for 1 day, i qualified for all coinraces i played and had 27, 7 % rb through this way (i used total rake from drivehud) + 15% flat so roughly 43% rb (far away the 80% you have found). It could be correct for some room but the rake cap is totally insane on CoinPoker and 43% is clearly not enough in that case

I think the best would have been : No coinRaces at all or the prize of a Coinrace should be a % of the total rake generated during the race not a fixed amount (btw it's way simple for players to give a flat % of rb). For rec players, just set promotions like ur splashpot (independant fees that are 100% allocated to the promotion).

Honestly, i am very disappointed with your reward program

im just going off my own tracker numbers.

For example. today i have played 2 sessions and cashed in 2 different leaderboards.

1st session I paid 43.51 usd rake according to pt4, i cashed in leaderboard 21.69
2nd I paid 31.7 rake, and cashed leaderboard 16.03

I have no idea how it works, but over last 5 days or so from what ive looked based on my tracker the number seems to be around 50% whenever ive cashed leaderboards.

As for the splashpot stuff i really have no idea wtf is going on there. Ill get a 10bb splash pot, 4bb goes into the pot, then ill have some money go into my rewards...so i just count it as RB.

Over the last 5 days my trackers got me at 1810 paid rake (sure could be totally off and missing hands w/e) and my monthly rewards so far is 1308, its like 70%.

Then there is money ive won in the splash pots, not sure how to calculate this.

Leaderboard giving 50%: bug or intended? Not sure.

For HHs, there's a tentative release date planned for the 15th. They're working on the sitout next BB / all buttons asap, don't have an exact date for that one. Haven't heard about save layout but I'll chase it up

I really like the new site! The only issue I’ve experienced is that after changing my avatar, it reverts to the old one. It would also be great to have a filter on the quick join tables.

Also, I wanted to check if the 150% Welcome Bonus is currently active. I can’t find it as an option in deposit, and I made my first deposit in March.
