How long will it last and what will be the probable outcome?
its pretty gross to compare American suffering, which is paying more in gas and getting less treats, to Iranian and Arab suffering where there children are being blown to bits by American bombs.
Then they should surrender and spare their children. Worked out okay for the Japanese people after WW2. This isn't that complicated.

What exactly isn’t working? Iran and their Axis of Resistance have been decimated.
Just thinking of the old New Yorker cartoon with a line of ten Roman legionaries, one lying on his face with a spear in his back, and one of the others is saying to the bloke next to him, 'You know, this decimation thing isn't as bad as they say.'
I suspect the politics will tilt some way if the Iranians capture the missing US airman alive (and maybe put him on a show trial for 'war crimes', with a death sentence unless the US makes a suitable appeasement offer). At some level, maybe man-portable missiles or AAA, Iran still has air defences, and while the loss of the odd obsolescent airframe may not be a problem for the US, the enemy's capture of live hostages could well be a problem.
So, do you really think an opposition group similar to those won't arise? As long as we keep sticking our nose where it really doesn't belong and as long as Israel does Israel I'm pretty sure there will be organized and probably violent opposition. We're just sowing the same seeds we've been sowing for decades.

Cool. Perhaps a majority of that pain will be felt acutely by you and those around you. Depending on the suffering of others for your entertainment is pretty messed up. You'd think the irony would bite you at some point.
Victor doesn't seem to really care about human suffering as long as it's not himself or his family and friends.
I hope everyone suffers less tomorrow than they did today.

I am a firm believer that two things can be true at once, viz.,
1. Opposition to U.S. perpetrating war crimes
2. Believing that Victor is a garbage poster.

Did i say that? The warmongers here lack any semblance of empathy. We are dropping bombs on another country and it isn't limited to military targets and bad guys. Every time an Iranian civilian dies, the entirety of Iran will know about it. I would guess that the average Iranian citizen isn't saying "oh, the irgc has to go then those gracious Americans can be thanked" They're more than likely just saying, "America is dropping bombs on us." I'm pretty sure you and Elway and dunyain would react EXACTLY the same way if another country was bombing us. And you would despise the country that did that to us , probably for the rest of your lives.
