Leaf's officially eliminated and Canucks secure last. Not sure I have much confidence in the Pelley

Big schedule if games with lots of playoff implications. Love this time of the year

Sabres clinch playoff spot. Whoo!!!!

Sabres clinch playoff spot. Whoo!!!!

Habs ahead of Sabres in standings, but not clinched.
Sabres behind, but are clinched.

Good stuff

ok once again my buddy 702guy asked me to pass this message along to you hockey dudes:

LOL oilers. and a great day overall for VGK making the playoffs with the other results today. VGK can still win the Western Division despite being complete a** for most of the season.

all Tortella has done since getting the VGK HC job is to stand behind the bench and smile. His previous notorious Adolph Hitler coaching style has not materialized at all in his first 3 games behind the VGK bench. What Tortella has done is give confidence to Conner Hart. Hart looked a bit shaky vs. Calgary but looked dominant tonight. Tortella and Hart have a positive history together and that showed itself tonight.

what Bruce Cassidy knew (but wasn't allowed to play this lineup cuz management) and what Tortella is riding on is that VGK's top line "skill players" still cannot score a goal to save their lives. So, again, the D Men and 3rd/4th liners come up big. Which happened under Cassidy as well when he could play those lineups...

Carter Hart back in the show delivering. He was off my radar

Hart was very good against the Oilers and alive in the Western Division

Islanders pull a Vegas and fire Patrick

Islanders pull a Vegas and fire Patrick

shocker. guess they had drama with him and deboer was available now.

Lane F'n Hutson beats 4 guys and sets up Suzy for a tap in to tie it with 30 seconds left

This team is so fun to watch, and oh yah, they're setting another record for youngest ever playoff team.

Dach back just in time for the playoffs, I still think he can play an important role if he can stay healthy (big IF).

Absurd race in the Atlantic and TB at MTL in a couple days.

Fun team to watch for but today's game wasn't particularly fun, until the end. Nor was Sunday vs Devils.

Need Cole to get his 50th so we can go back to business as usual

It wasn't great, but Dach was looking lively until he took the elbow in the head then kinda disappeared that last 2 periods. Demi continues to contribute a couple unreal shifts per game. I think a lot of it is that Lane can't help the offense near as much when he's forced to his weaker side and babysitting Struble.

Also, what was Dobes' deal? Only saving a mere 0.75 goals above expected instead of his usual 2? Pathetic! [/s]

Saving as many goals as the next 2 best in the league combined!

of expected goals he's facing L10 is might concerning although it's only 24.7 for Fowler.

Going to be a great last week in the Atlantic for sure. The Kalshi shares I bought for the Habs winning the East and the Cut have both doubled since i bought them about 2 weeks ago.

If my team does nothing in the playoffs, I will be more than happy to see Buffalo or Montreal go deep.

Welcome to slash, punch, and cross-check Kucherov night at the Bell Center. Not sure Montreal wants to play that game. Guessing Caufield, Suzuki, and Hutson are a little more fragile.

Turf war Wild v Stars. 1st round matchup somebody might die.

Fantastic game. Felt like a playoff battle.

Caufield hits 50
Slaf hits 30

Suzuki at 98 points.

Dobes continuing to be a brick wall.

What the hell does Dobes have to do to get his shutout this season? This time loses it at the end in a freaking 6 on 5 situation.

Radish talking shyt to Habs fans after the goal. Oops! Almost got a point out of this one bud, so close.

saw maple leafs vs the islanders today as a +250 dog

my how things have changed

There is no NHL game tonight. What are you doing?

NBA, yo.

Looks like the NHL took tonight off while the NBA took tomorrow off.

mvp race actually interesting this year, can reasonably make a case for any of mcbust, mack or kuch.

norris race actually insane too with bouchard, hutson, schaefer, makar and werenski leading the way. then there's also raddysh, seider, dahlin, chychrun, hughes, morrissey, karlsson, heiskanen, faber, etc. insane era for dmen, this is akin to ~everyone shooting 3s in the nba now. wattba

still so thrilled that the rocket surgeons at hc decided against rolling with thompson or wedgewood at the olympics for some unknowm reason

still so thrilled that the rocket surgeons at hc decided against rolling with thompson or wedgewood at the olympics for some unknowm reason

would love to see Bouchard win the Norris and hear the explanations of how the literal Norris trophy winner wasn't considered one of the best 7 defensemen from Canada by said rocket surgeons

Funny to think of how many 40 goal scorers weren’t picked to go to Olympics.
