pokerstars on fanduel (ipoker) not counting wins in tournaments correctly
... I can see it recording the wins (mostly) in the XML files that it records in the \MyHandsArchive_H2N4 directory, in the
So, anyway, tonight, I played in a $20, a $10, and a $30. I had a rebuy in the $20. So, Stars recorded 2 $20 summaries, a $10, and a $30. I had cashes in the $10 and the $30. H2N recorded a $0 win and a "N/A" win in $20 games, and a $95 and a $85 win in the XML files for the $10 and $30 .. but it recorded nothing in the database.
I went into the database menu, and hit "Clean and Rebuild Statistics" and selected "All Time", and it appears to have picked up the win in the $10 game into the database, but did not pick up the $30 game's win into the database. After doing this, it apparently deleted the original data from the Pokerstars directory, as it has disappeared completely from the filesystem now. . . . . unless the iPoker client only persists the data for about 30 minutes? does that make sense? It would make more sense to me that H2N deletes it, either accidentally or intentionally lol
In any case, H2N is most definitely putting the correct data into it's XML data copy, but NOT into it's database.
Also, last weekend, I picked up a win in a much larger game, but it doesn't look like H2N recorded anything about it, other than the losses. Does the ipoker client only record winnings if you happen to be online when the tournament ends? Or did H2N just miss it? I'll try to pay attention next time I cash in a tournament and leave before it is completed, if the hand history directory contains a summary file showing my winnings/position or not.
Also, your output XML files in the archive directory are not valid XML. That's pretty disappointing.

Hello, Hand2Note removes files from the auto-import folder, processes them, and saves them to archive folders. You do not need to worry about this. Please do not add archive folders to auto-import.
Сould you please ensure that all programs are running with administrator privileges and that all relevant folders have been added to your antivirus, and Windows Defender exclusions and Smart App Control is disabled. Please check whether all the updates are installed, including special updates for poker rooms.

Yes, I have the latest updates. No, I did not put the archive directory in the Auto-Import. WHY would you delete the original files????? If you delete the original files, we cannot verify that you have imported them correctly, and if you make an error, it cannot be corrected. This is *INSANE* behavior for a program to do!!!!!!!!!!!
Did you understand the post that I made?
Hand2Note is not importing the data correctly. Hand2Note is writing the data correctly to your XML archive files, but you're not putting it into the database correctly. Also, your XML archive files are not proper XML.
On top of that, since you've deleted the original data files, now that I have a valid situation that illustrates broken importing, I cannot even provide you with the data that was imported incorrectly, so you can see the problem and fix it. Unbelieveable.
I had $80 in buy-ins, and I won 183.61, which should have a net profit of right around $103.61. Somehow, H2N only came up with $18.03, which would be perfectly consistent with if it counted only the $98.03 win and not the $85.58 win.
This screenshot is of the XML archives that H2N made. So I know it read the data correctly from the iPoker files, or at least it read the summary win amount correctly anyway. But it didn't put it into the H2N database correctly.

... the next day, I put in $260 in buy-ins to a bunch of different tournaments, won a couple of tournament tickets, and ~$400 in cash, and it recorded me as down $415 for the session. I played far too many games though for me to even figure out the mess to try and get a proper explanation.
Hello, could you please rebuild the statistics and check the results not in the Sessions tab, but in the Reports tab, without applying any date filters. In the Tournaments tab, you can check how a specific tournament was recorded. If you do not have this tab, please add it by clicking the + icon.
If the issue still presists, please send us an archive with your hand histories, and we will test them on our side.

There's the tournaments in question. Just so you know, that "Tournaments" tab is not in the default configuration, took me a bit to figure out how to add it.
I'd love to be able to send my hand histories and tournament summaries so you could inspect them BUT YOU DELETED THEM WHEN YOU IMPORTED THEM. (not you personally, the software)
