Yeah, the whole part about looking through the door out into the casino is a big nothingburger.

There are always going to be people walking by outside the door. Anyone facing that way is going to be constantly looking up as thise people pass by. That is simple human nature. The human eye is attracted to movement.

I think you are reading far to much into her constantly looking through the door.It is outside the poker area which means people are constantly walking past. Anyone with a view of the door is going to react to movement outside of the door. It is human nature.

I didn't approach my theory after seeing her looking through the doors. I thought about it logically from a poker dealer

You are constructingbm a huge building on the sand of what she said while looking outside the door.

You keep saying that statement can only mean one thing. Repeating it over and over does not make it true.

I think you have blinders on and are only looking for stuff that can remotely support your view and ignoring anything else.

Again, I don't have a dog in this fight. I am open to anything, but I just see people talking in absolutes when they shouldn't be.

as much as I dont care about it and I kinda wish it was an "outplay" by her.

just too much smoke going on

but again same thing you can say about hans v carlsen for chess maybe

100% different. Hans was a known, proven and habitual cheater, robbi was 100% clean.

Imagine caring about this to the extent of making this thread years after the fact.

I dont use this statement often, but seriously. Get a life.

Limon what doyou think if you had to say one way or another on this? have you said if it was a clean hand or erred more on the smoke side of things?

correct he did cheat like 50x on chess.com iirc

supposedly chess reddit, multiple others said on that day magnus missplayed 3-4 lines that were weird for him and to this day we are not sure if the anal beads thing was true or if he cheated that game.

robbi never had cheating allegations or nothing was proven read handed she cheated but you could say there may have been SOME smoke around the situation/day

I respectfully disagree whole heartedly. She only looks when she needs information in the hand, and not when she doesn't. She looks in the same exact spot every time. She makes a statement in the middle of the hand "hold on, let me scratch my face because that's the **** I have", which can only be explained as a plea for help, then she immediately looks in the same exact spot.

There is literally no explanation for that statement, which in over 2 million hands of live play that I've witnessed, not a single other person has said anything remotely similar to.

What does it matter that its years after the fact? Really, what does it matter? You care enough to click into the thread, and make a reply that insults someone you don't know. You literally know nothing about me, how much of a life I have, or not. Based on your obviously super cool personality, I'd wager I have a 10x better life than you.

Imagine posting you are too cool to care about a few year old poker event in a thread about that event as if someone should care about your disdain. Just move onto the next thread. Go **** yourself.

If you care to actually look for real evidence of cheating, there are literally hours worth of hands on this stream where you could try to find it. Yet no one ever has. There’s no way a bunch of people conspired to set up some elaborate cheating scheme and then proceed to use it on this specific hand and this hand only.

the day it happened i said 85% chance no credible/legally actionable evidence of cheating would be produced and id bet on it. Im more sure now obv. i was intimately familiar with how a stream would be cheated and what to look for and this hand met zero of those criteria. in fact its basically the opposite of how a cheated hand would play out in any known scenario,

Of course no one has found read evidence, or this thread wouldn't be here. I don't know why you say "this hand and this hand only", when I literally discuss 3 hands in my post and in my video. I explain her logic in all three hands. The cheating scheme is not elaborate, it is basic, poorly executed, and not well thought out. She cheated in the entire stream up until the allegation began in the J4 hand. There is only 2 hours of her play while she's cheating, and she only plays a small number of them.

Just like I am sure she was cheating, you are sure she wasn't. We both can't be right, so let's just agree to disagree. It's really hard to even reply to someone who says something like "Why would she cheat on this hand and this hand only?", when my original post outlines 3 hands. It's almost like you didn't read anything and then just proceed to input your opinion ignorantly.

Fair enough...the first hand you posted (with AK) is one that I've seen mentioned before, as it is an example where Robbi raised with a weak hand that is nevertheless the best hand. I don't personally think it's particularly damning as it seems like a reasonable play to raise the turn as a semibluff when she picks up the wheel draw.

The second hand (with J8) seems totally standard...she calls the turn with a flush draw and then folds the river when she misses.

tells master zach elwood does a you tube series where he goes over every hand before and after and shows many hands where if she knew she was "good" from a signal she wouldn't have folded and hands where if she knew she was "bad" she wouldn't have called. this is the first show which is just an overview of how stream security and cheating teams work from a preeminent expert in the field. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1hgj5ck...

This just in: It is completely standard to use a time chip and tank for nearly a full minute with jack high on the river.

It's a heuristic thing for smarter types and a pragmatic/emotional thing for dummies who say things like "I believe she cheated" rather than thinking probabilistically.

While this may not reach the apogee of curiosity it's almost up there with the Great Books curriculum at U. Chicago or Latin philology at Princeton. Developing a high degree of precise thinking grounds culture, and when questions and truth seeking disappear societies create ridiculous strictures like DEI to re-center life.

In other words, weighing in on this exceedingly nugatory and niche event is what will save western civilization TYVM.

I’m now even more confident she cheated than before 😊

But I agree I woulda laid odds that legally nothing would come of it. HCL playing suspect, judge and jury roles isn’t gonna lead to any proof

It’s not even like the actions on her it’s on Garrett. If she was mulling over the all in last to act it could be a weird thing someone might say I guess. But she’s telegraphing that she has a bad hand, while he is thinking over his decision, and is seemingly unbothered that Garrett knows that. She’s realizing Garrett may not just fold whatever junk she’s ahead of and is starting to wonder if she’s supposed to continue with her horrible (but best) hand as things are unexpectedly snowballing quickly. That’s the way I view it as most likely being but we will never know

HCL had nothing to do with it. Stones Casino didn't bust Postle. Hustler and Robbie convicted brian the chip stealer who was supposedly in on it as their "man in the backroom" he would have gave them up instantly if he was in on it or had any information. he was an addict who owed money around town. its hilarious that people dont understand i ran in these circles and ran these games when they try to argue. its like a fan arguing with michael Jordan about what happened in a Bulls game.

HCL hired a company to investigate the incident. The company found out about brian’s chip “theft” and also mentioned how brian repositioned his furniture to avoid the security cameras in the booth.
This was covered in doug polks video which i suggest anyone who wants to research the incident should watch.

Brian has completely disappeared for three years now. This seems odd to me.
Robbi said initially she did not want to press charges on Brian. That didn’t make much sense.
Then she said she didn’t want to “hurt production “…also weird

Rip hasn’t been seen since the incident.
Plays in the biggest game in the country and then never plays again. Strange

Theses are just a few of the anomalies
Never mind the actual hand
There are too many auxiliary events that don’t add up
Listen to the announcer every time she throws out the time chip. He is like “wtf”

Her and her lawyer husband were quick to threaten suing anyone who claimed she cheated, but when they have video evidence of someone who stole $15,000 from her stack suddenly she doesn't want to press charges.

Perhaps she was worried he'd spill the beans. Then he disappears without a trace.

There's so much smoke from this one I don't get how so many people don't believe there was a fire.

Leading up to this hand, did anything about her play cause her to strike you as a "standard" player?

It's just a few knuckleheads in this thread that don't think she cheated, just like the old thread. All the smart, well known people in the poker world (Doug, Deeb, Dwan, Haralabos, Jungle, etc) believe she cheated. Heck, the owner of the stream Ryan Feldman said he thought there was a 40% chance she cheated lol.

Still unmentioned in this thread, with all the other Bryan stuff already mentioned, is that it was determined that Robbi and Bryan were following each other on twitter before the hand. And then you have the obviously fake text message that Bryan sent Robbi that Robbi obviously wrote herself. Reddit had a ball with this one: https://www.reddit.com/r/poker/comments/...

Just an absurd amount of circumstantial evidence to come out after the hand, on top of the absurdity of the hand itself.

I actually find Doug, Deeb, Dwan, Haralabos, and Jungle to be pretty ****ing stupid about many things social

If we wanted their expertise on being offputting autists then maybe that list would be fire

When you write "all the smart" you're actually excluding every well known poker player with an elite education: Selbst, Rast, Silver, Siever, Parades, etc. There's this thing called the Scholastic Aptitude Test. Sure there are boat loads of people who "claim" they "got into Harvard" and went elsewhere. One poker player went to Fordham and claimed they got into MIT. Lol.

If you can avoid the words "all" and "believe" your harangues will gain more traction.
