this is ******ed. it takes 2 minutes to cashout. why would you ever keep a large sum on any site.

Yeah guy plays poker for like forever but cant figure out himself that he can just only leave a few stacks on the site to cover his gameplay 😆

Cant make that **** up.

AS a GG Rush player PLO . Is coin heading that way and can I etransfer deposit ? or only crypto

Playing 20 years... ill say this is some of the best software i have ever seen. Full-tilt software was ahead of its time. UB/AP you could mod out and wasnt bad... But for stock un-modded i enjoy the new UI.
And i play mtt mostly so dont @ me on the sit out bb haha

Pouring one out of my 40-ounce bottle of malt liquor to the way ahead of it's time Full Tilt Poker software.

If only they’d allow opting out of the ridiculous cartoon animations. Oh and not time you out and fold a hand at a new table that hasn’t even popped up on your screen yet. Or yank you off a table and seat you 4 handed when there are still like 40 people left in a tournament and you’re down to 10bbs.

update broke the site today. constant dc's reconnecting on tables all day long. tournament lobbies and tourney info on tables wont load. only started after the update doesnt seem to matter how many tables are up. closing and re opening the app fixes it for a bit until disconnects start again. all other sites working fine so internet isnt issue

Interesting idea, will pass this on! We've just released a YouTube video showcasing the PLO action from the Heads Up Cash Game World Championship so far too

It's nice watching the highlight videos, and I appreciate the effort going into these events - but I think veni made an excellent point during one of the live streams I caught a glimpse of: This sucks to spectate live. Because so few hands go to showdown, not even the commentators can be bothered to follow the action. veni did make a good suggestion though, that the winner of every pot above a certain threshold (like 30 big blinds) should have to show their hand.

The best poker event ever IMO was the PLO Cash Game World Championship that ran on Coin in October, and at least half the fun playing it was that you had to show your hand.

Yeah, it's sad what the state of poker software is in 2026, but this update has been good. It isn't perfect, but the amount of updates has been encouraging. I'd rank GG above this, but they're both top 2 for sure.

Hi.
Grats on Coin Poker being playable softwarewise. But it feels like the guys in with MBA' s are doing the same stuff the with MBA' s did to Pokerstars (more rake is better, quoting Daniel Negreanu).
Long story short - eeeeeeexcellent players, world class can beat the game of Omaha with 20 bb/100. Top regs/ regs usually 12-15 bb/100. So if the effective rake is 10 bb/100, you are looking at 2-10 winrate after rb.
Does anyone understand how much the rake is in Coinpoker? I Donked around for a bit. So the effective rake (in DriveHud 2 it is called rakeback, calculated as 100% from the rake) is 25bb/100.
Half of the hands are HU because of table starting.

How big is the rakeback? I got ~30%. Am I missing smth? 30% of ~26 bb/100 is 7,8. So the effective rake is 18,2. Basically unbeatable for 99,99% players and those who can beat it play BE or close to it. Also table quality is not great - lucky to have 1 fish per table, quite often 5 regs playing 5 max table.

I'm not claiming to be the best or be supergood but this looks kinda bad from the game perspective. Casino for top players, brutal rakemachine for the others. Coin Poker, can you comment on this? But besides the usual PR/AI crap like - the rake is determined by the playing style, how often player gets involved into pots etc yadayada. We all know that, all winning players play +/- similar style, the variance is insignificant for the point I'm making. Also filtering out top winners and saying - we have players who win - yes, but variance. Variance in PLO can be brutal, we all know what I'm talking about - the site with the lowest rake has become a site with a HUGE effective rake. Just like Pokerstars. I'm old enough to remember PS story, went the same way, same logic - fish do not care about the rake, so let's ramp it up. Now PS is just a satellite site to GG poker. And PS used to have more that 50% of poker online poker market. WHy am I writing this? Because I would not like Coin Poker to go the same way. I Like the software, I like the idea of being able to play poker in a legit site parallel to the main sites. But it looks as I am leaving because, well....18-19 bb/100 effective rake is unbeatab;e at least for my level of skill.

For the reference - the effective rake I pay for plo 0,25/0,5 to 1/2 if
GG - 8bb/100
Apps - 6bb/100 (60% rb makes it possib;e)
Chiko - 10bb/100

Same playing style, same everything.

Is that including splash pots and leaderboards?

Yes, including LB, splashpots - insignificant, could bump up rb a few %.

Coin Poker seems pretty bad idea for plo and in general.

But I wait for Coin Poker to prove me wrong, mby I have misunderstood smth.

In theory from what has been listed so far from high rake to high rake caps it doesn't look good. And then you need to try and chase your own money back through leader boards and splash pots. I think this thread will mostly start to die down. The ones that don't care about certain stuff will play no matter what and the ones that care about certain things will go play somewhere else. The nose bleeds with good deals will continue to play, as well as, ambassadors with good deals, some of whom will be straight up hypocrites and pretend away how bad Coin Poker is for the average player.

I'm sitting on the sidelines seeing what is happening. I appreciate you taking the time to try to figure out what it is worth to you and reporting it here.

as a California player, the options are pretty limited. The Coin games leave a lot to be desired. and the only other realistic option is ClubWPTGold which I'm 100% has super users/cheaters.

You've been respectfully asked to post in your own thread by other players here. It's been two months that you've been posting this kind of thing, Coin is still around. Jumping in again when a rep posts (I'm one of the 2+2 reps) to promote yourself just shows that you are doing this out of spite. You also do this on X, replying to any random post about Coin with these accusations of another 'Black Friday' incoming and so on. Last week you also posted an AI generated image with Coin's logo on and the font it uses, passing it off as real.

As Lefty replied to you, you created that as clickbait - that shows you aren't acting in good faith, and that's why you got views. What you've been claiming for the past two months hasn't happened yet. If you're right, come back and post when it happens - but it hasn't yet. You've made your point, by continuing in this way it just looks like you have an agenda, as other 2+2ers said.

by JossoDee m

@mods - can transparencies obnoxious walls of fud be moved out of this thread somewhere They clearly have an agenda and his style of posting is designed to disrupt the software/gameplay discussion that most people come here for.

by wolfbook m

Also Transparency needs to be banned from this thread. I and others are trying to use this thread for actual and reasonable conversations and answers.

I've moved a number of Transparency's latest posts to a dedicated thread at https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28/di... for anyone who wants to comment about his views.

dl hh

HHs are now available if you go to PokerIntel -> Game History.

Use the arrow button to the left of the cashier button to get to the PokerIntel area. Then in the top right after clicking 'Game History', click 'Download Hands'. Choose the date range and a file gets emailed to your registered email in around 5-10 mins. Screennames are anonymized in the HHs to prevent MDA.

AGENDA - TO MAKE PLAYERS AWARE, it is in BLACK AND WHITE that they EXPLICITLY FORBID players from U.K. and USA - and you should be well aware what that means “it hasn’t happened yet” …. Great comfort - THIS IS A START UP OPERATION, EVERY PIECE OF HISTORY it had up until last year is wiped - it’s under new ownership that looks shady as hell and acts like it
Tell you what you ban me from your forum if you please for making players aware - IF IT HAPPENS it will be quite obvious where your loyalties lie - not to the players but possibly to those that may pay you advertising revenue - your call I carry no risk it will get me more “clicks” (like I care about that) if it all goes to shit for ALL associated

1. I get errors when importing into PT4 - do these files need a converter? I had no issues with emailed HHs prior to software upgrade, seems like the format was changed? Anyway to go back to the previuos format so HHs are compatible with PT4 like before?

2. So everyone with Hand2Not and DriveHUD has an advantage because their HHs have user names. And btw, MDA can be done with anonymized sreennames just as well, it's only individual player's analysis that's affected.

Thank you for taking time to answer. This brings 0 clarity though.
1) I am pretty sure DH counts the rake correctly. So 30bb/100 playing nearly every table available is the effective rake. That IS a lot. I am truly happy that people who play other formats are getting this amount of rakeback. I would never ever waste my and your time if I didn't think it was an issue. I am getting 30-33% rb in a hyperghuge raked environment. Could you pls clarify the rb system. Of course I do understand that overcomplicating it makes it look better than it is.Od course, sites have to have a rake. But for the sake of the pokergame itself, it has to be beatable. So far it doesn't look this way.

Could you pls break down the rake numbers you've got for plo 6, and current rakeback. It is confusing as hell. SOmetimes you might get 55%, sometimes 15%.

Absolutely wishing you the best. I truly wouldn't like this to go down just like Pokerstars when it was bought by Amaya. But so far it looks like this.

And please, please do not answer with AI PR gibberish.

I can't import to PT4 or H2N.

I also had no issues downloading and importing before the software upgrade. now everyhand is an error.

by Ermahgerd-quads! m

Could you pls clarify the rb system.

It's 15% daily plus $1 million per week in leaderboards, plus $500k in infused Splash pots. The leaderboards now take place more often - every 2 hours - and are 10x the prizepool compared to before. Players also find it easier to place on them and win prizes now, as the payouts are quite flat. As you can see in those posts from the Coin Discord, X and this thread, above. You asked to hear the experiences of other regs, so I collected those examples. There is some variance because you need to place on the leaderboards, and Splash Pots are a random redistribution of rake (zero sum, plus Coin adds $500k to them per week). There isn't one exact rakeback % overall that fits every player, it's mainly a rewards program beyond the daily 15%. There's also this page on the site with more details - https://coinpoker.com/promotions/rakebac...

Most of the issues I always see are cashgame and especially plo( almost every site people cry nonstop about plo related things) but as far as mtts are concerned this is quickly becoming my favorite site. Structures are better then just about anywhere else and the games are good. Yes wpt is better but volume is lower over there. Coin is a great volume site

Great to hear, next month we have our largest MTT series yet, the $25M GTD World Poker Masters from May 3 - June 1. Including a $1M CoinMillion which we aim to make a regular fixture on Sundays, a $2.5M GTD main event, and a few other $1M GTD High Roller events
