What would you do here?

I don't like my flop cbet sizing, but ott I'm not sure it's necessarily just mash pot without any backup and lots of bad rivers.

If betting, what size, and ever folding to a 3bet or shove?

PL 6 Card Omaha 0.10(BB)
BTN ($16.24)
SB ($30.92)
HERO ($15.84) [VPIP: 28.3% | PFR: 15.8%]
HJ ($10) [VPIP: 51.7% | PFR: 4.2% | AGG: 22.5% | Flop Agg: 20.1% | Turn Agg: 25.2% | River Agg: 26.1% | 3Bet: 0% | 4Bet: 0% | Hands: 333]
CO ($12.11)

Dealt to Hero: A A T 7 4 2

HJ Calls $0.10, CO Folds, BTN Calls $0.10, SB Folds, HERO Raises To $0.45, HJ Calls $0.35, BTN Folds

Hero SPR on Flop: [9.1 effective]

One heart and no board pair. Are you cbetting 100%?

About 60% overall
74% in BB
60% wwsf in BB
48% wwsf when not cbetting in BB

You got your best turn and it still sucks.

I'd just call preflop, side cards are not very valuable.

Surely an offsuit Q would be the best turn. I do like to put pressure on opponents, which is situational. Many will call down with their FDs and give up when missing so it's often dependent more on the board than what's in my hand.

I like calling more when it's to a raise, but when it's just limpers I prefer a raise, but yeah, sure, they're not great aces. If I didn't have another broadway card I'd maybe limp behind, but not sure if that's a mistake.
