Pork chops, sweet potato hummus, spicy pineapple/red onion/mint salsa

Honey mustard, red pepper relish and spam.

In Manhattan. Did a couple of pastrami sandwiches. I haven’t been to Kat’z in years but as Yogi would say, “Nobody Goes There Anymore, It’s Too Crowded”. Also the timing being downtown on the eastside for lunch never worked out.

Hit up sarge’s first pics and Pastrami Queen. Both are very different style. Sarge’s maybe more seasoned, Pastrami Queen tastes more fresh I guess. Bread and environment was better at Sarge’s.
