Unreal drama - seemed like every WH player in box was being tackled by an Arsenal player including the one who clearly was then fouling Raya. The VAR was probably wishing he had the day off today.
I don't give a toss that we are now safe, that was a teriible decision.

nuno saying it happens all the time and gets called differently, i challenge anyone to find a case of goalkeepers arm being pulled by a player as he goes to catch and not being called a foul
i guess then you need replay which action begins first and they just couldn't be fucked. also much less 'clear and obvious'
Couldn’t be ****ed to decide a league title and possibly who gets relegated properly is mind blowing stuff.

It’s much more that if they called it a penalty every time someone had an arm around an attacker at a corner, games would end 10-8.

- it's very difficult to see what action started first
- hands across goalkeepers neck, holding goalkeepers arm is something which there is no grey area on, never has been
- holding in the box is much more grey and equally todibo pull on Raya is happening simultaneously
can see why VAR ruled way they did and would have been mega surprised for it to go any other way in a PL match

No it wouldn’t, people would stop fouling and conceding penalties.
