@coinpoker rep

Will there be an option to play without those silly comic avatars? This has been requested here repeatedly but somehow there is never an answer to it.

There are some plans regarding avatars on the roadmap, I have been chasing it up but don't have exact details of what it will look like yet to share or a timeline sorry. There will be more options / customisability though.

Also Spins and some more kinds of MTT rewards. I feel a bit silly replying that things are 'coming soon' as it's admittedly been taking a long time, but there are things in the works. Thanks for bearing with us.

Here is a YouTube just released on Coinpoker by PokerNews - it’s worth a watch

Sharing the following as I didn't see it posted here and the claims are being made by a well-known member of the community

Old news. Been addressed already

Your team response efficiency is unbelievably slow and feels completely dismissive. After making me wait for nearly a week, just simply replied that I violated your terms, without giving me a single specific reason.

While playing on your platform, I was simultaneously multi-tabling on other major platforms like GGPoker without any issues or bans whatsoever. I honestly have no idea what your actual justification is for blocking my account.

When it comes to response efficiency, you are leagues behind competitors like WPT Global and GGPoker. Making me wait a whole week just to give me this kind of lazy, brush-off response—failing to point out which exact rule I broke or provide any actual evidence—is entirely unacceptable.

This behavior makes your platform look incredibly shady. You are severely damaging player trust and demonstrating a complete lack of competence. I demand concrete evidence and a proper explanation immediately.

Hello everyone, can anyone confirm that the site is legit? Running 50 buy-ins below ev over 30k hands, seems rigged tbh but idk
Ppl seem to suck, I barely did any studying and I see a lot of people calling 3-bets and 4-bets with i dont know what, I get it in good just to get coolered again and again.

edit 25plo

Anybody know if I'm able to use Teamviewer while playing on CoinPoker on my PC?
Or will they send me an e-mail from their security team etc. Thanks

Did anyone else have the issue yet of misclicking the "call any" button on coinpoker They placed it in the worst possible spot, that is when you click "raise", it immediately appears in the exact same spot, which can easily lead to misclicks. And it happened so for me over 10 times by now, to be honest i highly doubt even that i made those misclicks, as the software is also lag

I came here to find out the same thing, glad it's not just me πŸ˜€

The "Call any" button misclicks makes the site unplayable. I've emailed support to raise this and won't be playing again until this bug is fixed.

Every 30 minutes or so I misclick all-in, and logically this bug affects you when against opponents who have the nuts.

Software that calls all-in randomly is just unplayable.

Please anyone that hits this issue, notify support so they get the message fast.

Is the site lagging bad now for anybody?

Also just got shut out of rebuying the $55 CoinMinion 2-day MTT when reg closed like 5-7 minutes early.

Whats going on with 215$ coin million?? All of the sudden says canceled for me, 400 players left to itm and i have top10 stack wtf. Just a glitch caus its break right now? Now its on reconnecting. Did they really cancel because of 150k overlay, u serious?

anyone in it?

OK nevermind, seemed to a be a glitch due to the break.... Now its back to normal... Doesnt give me much faith in the software though lol

LOL! Have you ever tried contacting GG about an issue?

Trust me, bet365 is worse than any of them

To be fair the butler isn’t always able to answer emails immediately, he’s off running goats milk baths and walking the corgis etc

Ya, at least GGpoker will response within 1 day but comes to coinpoker they banned my account and few days only reply 1 message and without giving any reason and evidence.

Have you any idea why they hit the ban button Daniel? And can you say how much $ was involved ?

good to know for me too its not just me, heard this from two other players by now as well, so this is imo a major issue that has to be adressed asap

I have no idea why I was banned. I have over 1.2k USDT in my account from grinding low-stakes MTTs, and I am certain that I did not cheat. Anyone playing on CoinPoker should proceed with caution.

This message serves as our final communication regarding this matter. No further correspondence will be sent.

Following a thorough internal investigation, we have identified serious violations of our Terms of Service, including activities that constitute abuse of our platform. Our decision is based on substantiated evidence collected through legitimate means, in accordance with our standard due diligence procedures and data processing policies.

As a result of these findings, we are terminating our business relationship with you, effective immediately. This decision includes the closure of your account and all associated accounts.

Please also note that, in accordance with our Terms, we are forfeiting the remaining balance in your account. This action is being taken to offset losses directly resulting from the abuse identified.

We strongly advise that you refrain from further contact regarding this matter.

This is the email response from them and refuse to provide any reason and evidence for my case.

I've also seen many players who were wrongly banned, and when they contacted their security team, they received similar, unreasonable, and uncooperative responses, showing no intention of resolving their issues. It wasn't until they complained to Curaçao Gaming and posted about it here that their problems were finally solved.

@CoinPoker Rep - please let us know here when the "Call any" button issue is fixed, as it just makes no sense to play knowing I'll dump 100bb to the nuts accidently every 30 mins or so.

In this mail they just say you broke ToS, but not how. I am happy for sites to punish rules-breaking players but of course they have to communicate what they did wrong.

In previous emails they send you, did they ever warn you or tell you what your offence was?

And did you do that?

Sites don't have to say the reason, in cases where giving that information mights allow cheats to adjust their strategy, it isn't revealed to keep other players safe. In cases where revealing the reason doesn't matter, they do reveal it. As Coin has done to other players, e.g. telling them they were using GTOWizard while tables were open.

Search 'banned for no reason' + poker site name and there are examples from every poker site.

Curaçao hasn't been mentioned in this thread, from a search (or Curacao). So how did you see this.

I've received two emails now, and neither one explains why my account was banned. I’ve been an active reg on GGPoker since 2020 with zero issues. I was even multi-tabling on both CoinPoker and GGPoker at the same time. If I actually knew what rule I supposedly broke, I wouldn't be here posting about it. I'm looking for transparency, not more vague template responses.

Hi CoinPoker staff, I was simply engaging in normal conversation on Discord—why was I removed? Silencing a player for asking legitimate questions is a classic sign of a guilty conscience. If you were truly confident in your decision and your 'evidence,' you wouldn't feel the need to hide from the truth by banning me from the community.

You suggest I Google "banned for no reason." I suggest you Google "illegal seizure of funds." While some sites may suspend accounts during investigations, confiscating a player's entire bankroll without providing a single shred of specific evidence is a practice associated with rogue sites, not reputable ones. If you have "substantiated evidence," then state the category of the violation. Telling a player "you broke a rule but we won't tell you which one" is the definition of a "shady" operation.

Coinpoker freeze my account for suspicious activity investigation I never do anything wrong deposit 1000 early march for bonus and grind then try withdraw 5000 rejected freeze account ask kyc but website say no kyc instant withdraw what is this? this illegal kyc trap no?

Their marketing is telling player CoinPoker as a no-KYC real money poker site and never ask for private information but in the end this happen to u lol..
