Repost: KhJh oop 3bet dry flop

1/2. Rake/promo/tip is 6+3+2. Repost of this hand with the corrected read on V. Did I spew preflop and the river?

V (covers) over twenty hands has called three limps and opened K9o in the HJ. He played for stacks in a limped hand and won.

Hero (330) has a TAG image. Over twenty hands, hero raised once first-in and 3bet once. Both times, everyone folded. He has not limped

OTTH

V in CO bets 10. Hero in BB thinks, why defend when you can raise big? Hero raises to 40 with KhJh. V calls.

Flop (71): Tc5s3h.

Hero? Hero 25. V calls.

Turn (121): 8d

Check, check.

River: Qd

Hero tank bets 60.

Preflop: Prefer to flat, as that tends to keep in more dominated hands. However, you won't get 4-bet a lot, you get value from some hands, get some better hands to fold, and you get to act like you have an overpair. So it seems alright.

Flop: Two overs plus backdoor straight and flush draws? Bueno for the small bet.
Turn: Eh? Why slow down? We're trying to rep the overpair so we should probably overbet tbh. He has lots of hands that have to fold to that.

Yeah, I agree. Bet the turn big continuing to represent a big pair. This is 1/2 and some people only 3! AA/KK.

Yeah, I agree.

Both bet turn and KJs in the BB is always a flat?

No, I am OK with the 3!, but you need to continue telling the story.
