Built my own bankroll/session tracker because I was sick of subscriptions — free, no hand limit

Hey all,

Long-time grinder, first-time poster on this side of the forum. I've been playing since well before Black Friday — Stars, Full Tilt, Players Only, the whole circus. Was a faithful PokerStars School lurker back when Hokie Lou, Pearljammer, and Dusty Schmidt were dropping wisdom there. Worked my way up past 5/10 NL over the years, took the usual variance beatings, and came out the other side mostly intact.

Like a lot of you, I've cycled through every tracker on the market. HM, PT, and the various web-based things that pop up every couple of years. They all have the same problem: you either pay a monthly SaaS subscription forever (Software-as-a-Service — the "rent your tools by the month" model that's taken over the industry), or you hit a hand/session cap and get nudged toward an upgrade right when you've finally built the habit of logging.

I just wanted a clean place to log my live and online sessions, paste in hand histories from Stars/GG/whatever, replay them, see real stats, and export a CSV at tax time. That's it. No AI coach. No "GTO insights." No monthly fee. So I built it.

It's called Bankroll Pro Manager. Live at https://poker-bankroll-manager.replit.ap... — works in any browser, installs to your phone home screen as a PWA (Progressive Web App — basically a website that behaves like a native app once you add it to your home screen, no app store required), and there's also an Android app on the Amazon Appstore if you want it on Fire tablets.

What it does:

Log live cardroom sessions and online sessions — manual entry for live, plus hand-history import for online that auto-builds the session from your hands
Paste or upload hand histories from PokerStars, GGPoker, 888poker, Ignition/Bovada/Bodog, and Americas Cardroom (ACR/WPN). Also imports from PokerTracker 4, Hold'em Manager 3, and DriveHUD 2 if that's already part of your workflow
Step-through visual hand replayer with action breakdowns by street
Bankroll graph over time, hourly rate, win rate, and monthly breakdowns
Bankroll alerts when you're rolled too short for your current stakes (20 buy-in rule)
CSV export by year for taxes — actually useful, not the half-broken kind
Everything is saved to your account, accessible from any device
What it doesn't do (and won't):

No monthly subscription. There's an optional one-time $9.99 unlock for unlimited sessions/hands if you want it, payable in crypto or Amazon Pay. The free tier covers 3 full sessions, so you can kick the tires before deciding.
No data harvesting. Your hands are your hands.
No "coaching" features pretending to be a solver. Use a real solver for that.
I'm not trying to be the next Poker Copilot. I'm one grinder who got tired of the SaaS treadmill and built the tool I wanted. Sharing it here because if it's useful to me, it's probably useful to some of you, and 2+2 software feedback has always been the most honest you can get.

Feedback I'd specifically love:

Any hand history formats I should support that I'm missing? (CoinPoker, PartyPoker are on my short list — drop a sample file in the thread and I'll add it.)
Stats, I'm not sure that you'd want to see?
Bugs — please report. Especially around hand parsing edge cases (final tables, multi-currency tables, weird stake formats).
Happy to answer questions in the thread. Not a paid promotion, no affiliate links, no newsletter signup. Just a tool.

GL at the tables.

Nice, great work! Gotta love Claude 😀

Maybe it would be nice to be able to import multiple .txt-files in bulk. I currently don't have a tracker program but just a bunch of .txt-files from pokerstars. Being able to import them all at once would be great!

Have a nice day,
Teski

buddy, this is a good first step, but it suffers from a classic case of shipping untested vibe coded works

the first thing you need to realize it that the way you built this... there's only one database... and what that means will become obvious to you soon enough
