Yes!

The man sounds all nasally because he's never had to breath hard his entire life. Noodle arms because he's never had to lift anything heavy in his life. He's a nerd!

the people hes playing with understand the deal and no one else has any clue who he is so its just whatever. the game was ruined by marketing it as a job instead of a crime in 2004. when i started it was viewed as a crime by your grandma. "smart" "pros" who were embarrassed by this all pushed to have it marketed as an occupation where you you could play chess and make a living. this killed poker. source: multi millionaire gambling legend who made piles before and after the boom.

God damn Limon, I totally agree.

I have a feeling some might not get "it"

Very few people here (or anywhere) played high level poker before and after the "boom" so they dont understand how good the games were when it was still a seedy semi criminal "occupation". the "boom" made a lot of influencer/operator/teacher types very rich off outside of actual playing poker earnings and they need poker to "grow" to keep that industrial complex money flowing. the actual games suffered once the tidal wave receded. games now are far worse than games were when poker was supposedly "small" and no one cared about it and it was marketed as a thing that outlaws did with guns under the table or dirty old men at stag parties. Marketing it as a job opportunity for autists that belonged in cubicle jobs and something you could tell you mom about was a death knell.

Specifically regarding the mask:

He says it's to tilt people but that's convenient coming from a guy who tweeted so much "follow the science" BS regarding covid that turned out to be arbitrary at best. My money is on him being butthurt about being such a devout covidian and the slow realization that the government wasting trillions for a problem that they "solved" by abandoning their own testing and vaccination protocols wasn't worth it. That's the same exact thing that people like Ike made fun of the populace for suggesting they do at the onset, and it ended up being their solution anyways after wasting so much money. Incredible.

It's not that surprising considering how he acted during the UB/AP scandal, you can still see it in the archived threads. He clearly has difficulty accepting when he's in the wrong, especially when it's a condemnation against an authoritative position or entity.

If he actually said it was to lower his chances of getting sick, it would be an afterthought, but to me his explanation is a Freudian slip. Normal people understand when others want to mask in crowded public places, why not just say it? Or even just not address it?

Ike is the perfect definition of this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free-rider...

If every player acted like him, games would really suffer. However, acting the way he does can provide you an edge if no one else does it. So he provides no action, no entertainment, but benefits from the players who do that draw in the losing players.

lol what are you playing him heads up?

Thats interesting, ive always called out actions like his but could never put a name to it.

He clearly does it to tilt others but not in the sense that its for the "non-scientific" crowd. I believed in masks, covid, etc...so thats not why it bothers me. He uses it to gain an edge by allowing him to cover his face and give off less tells.

Haxton is just the type of example of people Limon is talking about who dont belong in playing cards. Hes POS who doesnt care about the good of the game and keeping it a fun environment. Its all about how much money can I make and I dont care if it bothers others.

Sure, the government solved Covid, after over a million Americans died, and many more around the world. Only we could have cut that American death count in half, or more, if not for the bungling of things by our government, led by the Orange Shitstain himself. This will be the last thing I say about this, as I see no value in debating with the clueless. Also, lol "hung daddy". Nobody who is actually hung would give themselves that name. Sounds like a presidential micro-penis for you.

i have news and updates about this! https://omg10.com/4/11038824

Greg, it's ironic that a man who is as reckless with his own personal health as you are, would expect others to vaxxinate themselves every six months for whatever pecuniary safety measure you think you're gaining out of it.

It's hypocritical for a 400 lbs man to expect hundreds of millions of others to jump through numerous hoops and be willing to let their livelihood be affected as a result for the sake of health, when that person is a multi-millionaire who has spent decades gorging themselves like a hog at a trough.

Greg, you clearly have no problem ignoring all the scientific advice about your weight, which is undoubtedly going to cut your life short. Yet you felt compelled to tell others that they needed to take a shot or not be able to work, or not be able to access healthcare. A shot that really doesn't work that well, since the current uptake is somewhere around 15-20%. Do you not see the disconnect here?

HungDaddy is based off of a South Park episode. Here's a link - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CDJOfFNH...

Let me guess, I'm immature for thinking a South Park reference is a funny screen name for a hobby I have, right?

No, you're immature for jumping right to physical attacks, as well as misspelling and misusing words (pecuniary, for instance).

The point stands regardless of whether or not I misused a word or two. Whether you choose to remove your head from Greg's rear end enough to see it is your call.

Are you on your 11th or 12th booster? My fingers don't go up that high...

I'm on my 69th. HAW HAW HAW SIXTY NINE HAW HAW.

Haxton should be embarrassed by how low he stooped with his antics with how much he's already made off of poker. It's bad enough when brokeis regs resort to crap like this.

Venues need to just start straight up banning people who resort to bottom of the barrel behavior to suck up every sliver of ev while sucking the fun out of the room. It's bad for business. They're obviously trying to clean this stuff up with action clocks etc. just made an example out of a couple of turds and a lot of it will stop.

It's not good for the game but I assume it comes at a huge cost for him. He's probably not able to compartmentalize this behavior to only when he's at the poker table which means he's just a rich pro that has sucked all the fun out of his own life most likely. If you only look at it from the perspective of money then yea he seems to be getting one over on everyone, reality is he's probably not

after the peters thing its amazing the people still just assume these tourney "pros" are rich. lotta smoke and mirrors.

Haxton should be like me and not wear a mask so that if I get COVID I can maximize the probability that I will pass it on to anyone who is still unvaccinated.

People that aren't vaccinated aren't scared to get it😮

Because there is one bad apple doesn't make them all bad, Haxton was playing high stakes cash for a long time too and one of the better plo regs when he did play.

Thinking HungDaddy is a funny or clever line
Adding the "69" as your own special flavor that makes it even funnier
Calling watching South Park a hobby

Let me guess, I'm immature

uh yes
