On the balance of probability I suppose so, though I don’t know what level of evidence or proof an appeal needs.

Don’t want the team to have to do another long trek to the north east instead of the south coast. Oh well.

Rice and the CBs have been incredible but POTS for me is Raya, absolutely outstanding and worth at least ten points over Ramsdale (as loved as he was) , an upgrade that I didn’t even think was a priority at the time. lol me.

This is a bit of an odd experience as an American Sports fan.

I’m used to a big crescendo cup final type atmosphere and yesterday it was just like. “Oh, we won”. My wife looked at me on the couch and said “shouldn’t you be happy” but I was just relieved.

The first half of the season was incredible and the last half a total grind.

That’s my Ted talk. Looking forward to a double.

I thought it was a needless luxury transfer. Lol

Player of the year clear as day for me. Ofc Rice is going to get it, but he golden gloved 3 straight seasons?

Amazing

What a beauty from Tielemans

Not bad from Buendia either

Two bangers from the Villa

Congratz Villa and Unai. Well deserved.

Southampton lose their appeal

Gg Villa

Gj Emery. He just wins Europa Leagues for fun

Lmao I ****ing love this man.

Number 1 or #2 manager in league at least next season.

Build a statue .

Konsa prematch read is incredible. Just elevates player after player after player after player Buendia wow this year

So incredible what hes managed to do every year.

Congrats, that Villa from the start of the season is long forgotten now.

Congrats Villa, now please lose to City and Liverpool beat Brentford so 6th can get Champions League as well

When they were in the title race?

by TheGramuel

When they were in the title race?

That was later, their first five games were New (H), Bre (A), Cry (H), Eve (A), Sun (A). Two losses and three draws. It wasn't unlucky either, they looked flat out awful.

Suddenly changed and they went on a mad run after that.

I think that’s why there’s a -4 for next season tagged on, so they have something to knock off on appeal.

I believe that was in relation to when they did it to Ipswich and Oxford (why in the latter case), whereas against Soton nothing more than a playoff expulsion banhammer makes sense

No Slab or Foden for the WC.
More suprised at Slab. Really thought he'd be important.

I don't think I have fully internalized that we legitimately could very easily be relegated on Sunday yet.

Imagine if West Ham are 2-0 up and Spurs are 1-1 in injury time, the size of the bricks I be shitting will never have been seen before on God's green earth

No Palmer, Wharton or Shaw.

Apparently Hendo and Burn have made it. Henderson has barely played recently

I wouldn’t have taken Palmer or Foden. Would have taken Maguire though.

How come this is coming out tonight? I thought the squad was announced tomorrow?

Tuchel has obviously had the phone calls today and people love to leak...

GG Mags - I will always remember this

never forget

At least three players there where I'd need to Google to work out/remember where they play

Not sure how Slabbers is not making that list
