You'd flat with QQ here and JJ/KK if you're flatting a 4! with those ever. So I don't see flatting as super strong on the flop other than the fact that flatting a cold 4! pre is very strong. Essentially your entire range that called preflop is flatting here.
Let V bluff off, and if he has the case A, it's all getting in anyway. You're shallow enough to get it in over the turn and river vs KK+ if V starts checking.
