Is it still possible to get Diamond in a Day?
I have read about it in the past, just curious.
1. The fact that Caesars doesn't have a way for players to identify where their tier credits come from is an absolute crime.
2. Playing poker during a multiplier is really the way to go. Assuming that people here can play +EV (or even neutral EV) poker, then getting 340 tier credits per hour is huge.
I have a better chance at playing neutral EV at vp than live poker.
Playing 20 hours over a 3 or 4 day trip shouldn't be that difficult. Right there that should get you almost half way to diamond.
3. I have played poker in Laughlin a little bit. There is no high limit poker. None. At best you can find $2/$5, but even that is rare. That said, the low level games are incredibly soft. Insanely soft. It is possible to just grind poker there dor diamond during a multiplier. The biggest issue concerning this thread is that the only Caesars poker room in Laughlin is Harrahs which absolutely sucks.
The casino nearest to where I live is so obscure that it's not on any TCM list I can find. Even though it's a 3 hour round trip, it's so much more convenient than Vegas. If it had 3 or 4 tcm periods throughout the year, it wouldn't be bad grinding Diamond or higher every year.
Might be worth letting everyone know that the 4 free drinks a day promo has changed a bit. I was in the reception area at the Horseshoe yesterday and there was a woman asking why she is not getting her drinks even though she is diamond plus.
She was told by the lady on reception that if the 4 drinks will only show up on the app now and if they are not there you are not giving them enough play to warrant getting the drinks anymore.

I was talking to a guy at the poker table this week, and he says there is A List. If you're on the list, you're not going to get those 4 free ones. He asked his host about it, turns out he was NOT on the list, host did a few clicks, and his 4 free were restored. But getting 4 free at retail outlets is gone for everyone (thanks, Diesel). I only wanted them to keep in the room fridge, so I just got them from stores. I'm not much of a boozer so it doesn't matter to me about getting bar drinks.

Hey, this was actually my first month seeing the offer available. I accepted it after checking into a stay on the Strip, so everything was seamless for me.
Once the offer is accepted, I’m pretty sure your location no longer matters since you can just call and give your Rewards number, but not sure before that.
Seems like it’s 2 tickets for Diamond and 4 for Seven Stars, usable across multiple shows within the calendar month. Not sure if it’s tied to play or if all Diamond/Seven Stars members get it automatically.
Might be worth calling the number directly. I spoke with Emily and she was great.

Well, the drink vouchers were only implemented to make up for the closing of Diamond lounges. Maybe they'll reopen those now :rollingeyes:
With Caesars and now Horseshoe now offering 34 tier credits per hour, if a player is there during a 10x tier credits promotion, it would be a crime to not at least get some hours at poker to help you get to Diamond. Over a 3 day stay it shouldn't be too hard to get in 10 hours at poker. That is 3400 tier credits. More than 1/5th of the way to Diamond.That said, whenever I play

Poker doesn't qualify for the 10x.
In the past some people have gotten it by first playing VP or slots then playing poker after it. The software wasn't robust enough if you play both to filter out the poker play. But if you only play poker, you won't get the multiplier.
Getting Diamond is fairly easy these days with the 10x TCM days. I must have miscalculated my play during a recent session and ended up with Diamond Plus again. Oh well. Guess I’m good through January 2028.

I believe Horseshoe high limit room has low denomination 9/5 JoB and 7/5 Bonus Poker. If you have the roll for it you could maybe do the up to 100 line 7/5 bonus poker 25c denom

I believe you can choose how many lines you want to do (up to 100), but not positive

That is correct. I think that's still your best option for grinding Diamond. That's what I did last year.
Noticed today that my business Ink card has a 10% cash back deal for Caesars rooms (several cities) right now. You book through caesars and not through the ridiculous Chase Travel site, so should be usable.

Founders card dropped the CET agreement for an automatic Diamond status and the substitute was a meager agreement with WYNN ( I think) that gave something like a 30 or 40 % room discount.
The good old days are gone. You can get a status match via Wyndham but you have to have something like 40 nights a year staying in their properties to be a "diamond" level there
If I remember correctly, while playing for tier credit, if you reached certain number during a 24 hours period you are awarded some bonus tier credit. IE if you collected 500 Tier points in a day you get some bonus tier points.Does anyone remember the scale?
And if those bonus tier credits are given with 10X promotion too ?

As I per my understanding every $100 you insert in a slot machine, depending on the properties pay back ratio you get recycled play of $900 ( The number is based on 90 % pay back, which I think Ceasars properties are).
Is that correct ?
