Is there any sites left that allow players to chat in the games (USA)
I enjoyed being able to chat/rage on other players while playing on line poker. Now days it seems like I can only use emojis and throw poop on ACR.
Is there any site left for USA players to rage follow the guy who busted them and troll them in the chat until they also bust?
Can anyone make online poker great again?

Online poker definitely lost some of its chaos and personality once sites started removing open chat or heavily moderating it. Back in the day half the entertainment was some guy typing in all caps after getting rivered for his stack .
Now most platforms seem terrified of toxicity, collusion accusations or harassment reports, so they replaced actual interaction with emojis and canned reactions. The games feel more anonymous and robotic because of it.
Ironically the trash talk and table drama used to make recreational players stay longer because it felt social instead of just grinder-vs-HUD warfare. Modern online poker is more efficient, but less memorable. I honestly think poker becomes “great again” only if sites figure out how to bring back personality and community without turning every table into a complete dumpster fire.
ACR's emoji-only chat is such a vibe killer honestly. I remember grinding late 2010s on PokerStars when you could actually talk trash in the chat box and there were these legendary multi-table blow-ups where guys would type novels after getting coolered. WPT Global has some chat functionality but I'm not sure how accessible it is from the US. The troll-follow someone to their next table energy is basically extinct at this point.
