FWIW Luckbox knows Crossnerd much better than any of you. I also had run ins with her years ago in another forum. I dont know how much her views have softened since then, but I would say Luckbox is directionally correct in his assessment.

First, I don't think the moderators believe Victor is dishonest.. I don't myself believe that Victor is dishonest; I think he truly believes everything he says.

We are in a very lax environment regarding moderation right now which is fine with me. I suspect under normal circumstances Victor would have been banned long ago. Notice he has progressively become more and more anti-Semitic. I say this even though I think the anti semite word is being thrown around a little too loosely these days. He is clearly taking advantage of the good will the moderation team has afforded us.

It's not really possible to criticize Israel or even describe the world without being deemed antisemitic. Ffs the NYT and sitting politicians have repeatedly said that the illegal Ramadan blitzkrieg on Iran was primarily due to Israeli influence. That's a textbook antisemitic "trope".
Furthermore, Jews are simply not discriminated against in the West. I have never heard of a Jew denied a job or railroaded by police or disqualified from office on the basis of their Jewishness.
And finally, antisemitism is weaponized to justify the mass murder, displacement, and theft in the Levant.

Supposedly the deal will reflect the following.

I have no idea why Iran would agree to any of these things now when they have been consistently against them. And, they have been against them knowing that the threat of some pretty destructive attacks would/could occur should they not agree.
It is not like they are more "fearful" now than they were a week or a month ago.
They know that the USAF is running out of munitions (which might take a year to replenish) and that the war is unpopular in the US even with Trump voters. They also know that they can murder all dissenters and Trump can't. They don't have to consider popularity, or the markets, and the appalling economic squeeze on ordinary Iranians (who now can't afford essential medicines due to inflation, and often don't have basic utilities) simply does not affect the leadership.
So what you’re saying is trump is saving face by wasting all this time and money and the global economy to almost certainly claim an absolute victory that results is us being worse off than we were a decade ago

It’s not up for debate or a matter of opinion. If this is your position then I’m sorry to say, you’re just not very informed. Many of his posts, at least recent ones in this subsection of the forums are intentionally dishonest and meant to spread false information. When he does provide sources they are at best dubious and most of the time straight up fabrications or propaganda pieces.
The mods or mod were certainly not “hands off” in the IP thread where multiple people were banned.
