My account has been banned

I’m sharing what happened and hoping to get some advice.

My account was frozen over a month ago. Support said I was suspected of using third-party tools and told me to email [email protected]. Their replies looked like auto-messages. I had to do KYC checks, record my PC running processes and answer lots of questions. The whole process dragged on for a month, since I waited about a week for a reply every time. I wasn’t worried at first, as I knew I didn’t break rules.

On the 15th, I got the worst possible outcome: my account was permanently banned and all my funds seized. I was accused of multi-accounting and using RTA. This hit me really hard. I’m just a regular player. I’ve been playing on this platform for over four years, and all my play is manual, with no tools of any kind.

I only answered their questions at first. After the ban, I sent proof of my manual play and remain open to further checks. Sadly, I’ve gotten no replies since then.

I mainly play NL25 and aim to move up to NL100 this year. I attempted the LB challenge in 2025 but failed. The messed-up schedule wore me out, so I took more than half a year off and only started playing again recently.

I had $1100 in leaderboard rewards and $800 from Fish Buffet. I never cashed out those rewards and was just slowly building my bankroll. Now all of it is gone.

I’ve read of other cases where players who were banned were still able to withdraw their remaining funds. It feels like I’m being seen as a cheater and all my money is regarded as ill-gotten.

GG is my favorite poker room. I stand for fair play, but this punishment has left me really frustrated. Life is full of setbacks. I’m not here to complain, I just hope to get a fair review.

If you’ve had a similar experience, please share your thoughts and tips. Thanks a lot.
