I made a free planner to schedule your 2026 WSOP Vegas summer across all 8 venues at once
I was in Vegas for a whole month last year and had this issue of trying to find out which venues had which tournaments running day-to-day, so I consolidated all the casino schedules into one planner.
You can filter for:
-Buyin Range
-Venue (WSOP, Wynn, Venetian, Aria, Nugget, Orleans, MGM, South Point)
-Game Type (NLH PLO Mixed etc)
If you register for a Day 1 or Multi-Flight it will automatically register you for any return days (big headache - needed to check them manually). There will also be a warning for any scheduling conflicts.
Browsing/creating a schedule is completely free. If you want to save your schedule you can make a free account and access it from any device.
Between all the venues there are 725 unique tournaments this year, so good luck and happy grinding.
Also any critiques or requests would be welcome, glad to add on things that would make things more convenient!

That’s a good jester.
But…. You are a new member. To use someone’s program without knowing the publisher is dangerous equation .
I am sure you have good intentions.
Would you provide some contact from known members to support your credibility .
Thx

fair point
I made this as a webapp so no one needs to download anything onto their phone/computer and it doesn't require you to create an account to look at MTT's in the calendar.
You only need an account so that it can save your schedule to your user in the backend so that when you leave the site your schedule doesn't go away!
pt101 - Okay I have spent a couple hours on your site and not to sound like a shill its pretty darn good. Both the Scheduling tool and actually the informational articles that I have read.
One problem - I can not seem to get my schedule to Save or to share.
Yes I established an account and yes I saved the individual events and they populate the "my schedule" area BUT they will not actual stay saved or allow me to share ( I get the perpetual circling symbol creating the link)
any clue what I might be doing wrong ?

I second that. As someone who used to do this type of writing for (at least a side) living, I can appreciate the quality of the writing and the content. I highly recommend the articles to 2+2ers.
This is exactly what I needed last year when I was trying to piece together a 3-week schedule around the Main. I ended up with a spreadsheet that turned into a nightmare once I started adding Wynn and Venetian alongside WSOP events. The auto-registration for return days alone is worth it since that caught me off guard twice at the Rio in 2024. 725 tournaments is wild, didn't realize how much the non-WSOP venues had grown.
