The clue as I have previously elaborated is a human clue which predicates a human timescale.
So you think it's like Big Bang, gasses condense into matter, dental appt, Heat Death type scale?
This is wavelength. A person clues dentist appt to get you to think this is more common than a birthday or paying your taxes but far from a weekly occurrence. It's a bit higher.
generally if something can be hugely scaled, then I think 1 and 21 are the mega extremes. that's why I said 1 was big bang. and for 21 I couldn't think of something that happens like trillions of times a second
