A good clue for universal timescales would be like formation of hydrogen not dental appt.

Therefore the question in question is how common to a human is a birthday.

by amplify

First off we are talking a human timescale not the heat death of the universe.

Based on what?

Based on what?

The clue as I have previously elaborated is a human clue which predicates a human timescale.

So you think it's like Big Bang, gasses condense into matter, dental appt, Heat Death type scale?

The scale is however you interpret it.

What do you think it is?

This is wavelength. A person clues dentist appt to get you to think this is more common than a birthday or paying your taxes but far from a weekly occurrence. It's a bit higher.

Sounds like we agree!

higher

8?

woo hoo!

and also dang, so close!

nice clue insanity

I mean wavelength 😆

So it WAS a cosmic timescale?

So it WAS a cosmic timescale?

generally if something can be hugely scaled, then I think 1 and 21 are the mega extremes. that's why I said 1 was big bang. and for 21 I couldn't think of something that happens like trillions of times a second

but also kinda balance the scale out with human experience

I couldn't think of something that happens like trillions of times a second

beta decay and political corruption

my hope for a midpoint was ~once a month and i tried to go for something that's rare for a lot of people

i'm thinking now 8 might be a bit low for my clue, but glad it worked out!

no ****!

So it WAS a cosmic timescale?

Wouldn't a cosmic scale make this more common?

Cowardly - courageous

hiding from armed intruders

Hiding is not courageous so we can take 11-21 out of play.

And it's not totally cowardly as they are armed so we can take 1-5 out of play so I think we are exclusively dealing with the range 6-10.

Unarmed intruder is maybe 6 so I can't see it being less than 8 and maybe 9-10.

yeah i'm thinking this is 9 or 10. it's not courageous but it's not really cowardly either
