CoinPoker: Wrongful Mass Account Ban-No RTA Used

My Coinpoker account was abruptly suspended on May 21. I corresponded repeatedly with your support and security teams via email, and was notified on May 22 that I had violated Rules 21(f) and 21(g) for allegedly using real-time third-party assistance tools (RTA).
I hereby solemnly declare that I have never used any real-time assistance tools or unauthorized software. I sent multiple follow-up emails afterwards, yet never received any further response from your team.
In addition, more than 20 fellow players have been banned for exactly the same reason. Many of them are casual users who only play occasionally on mobile devices, so using RTA is completely out of the question. We are convinced that this is a large-scale wrongful ban.
Most of us joined Coinpoker in March after seeing your widespread promotion of the 100% rakeback offer. I also referred many friends to this platform. It is deeply disappointing to face such unreasonable account bans just over two months later. Your handling process has been inefficient and perfunctory, and most appeals have gone unanswered.
I have always abided by all platform rules and maintained proper gaming conduct. I only withdraw funds regularly at the end of each month, rather than making hasty withdrawals right after winning. During games, I hide my account balance and focus fully on the matches. My in-game name Enjoyit has been my social media alias for many years. I embrace the spirit of fair competition and would never deliberately violate any platform regulations.
At present, hundreds of my long-time friends in the poker community are closely following the progress of this case.
We earnestly request Coinpoker to conduct a thorough re-investigation, uphold fairness, lift the account bans and release all funds held in our accounts. If this matter cannot be resolved properly, we will have no alternative but to file an official complaint with the Curacao eGaming Commission for intervention.
Account username: Enjoyit. Please escalate this case to the relevant senior team and resolve it as soon as possible.

I encountered the same problem. My account was inexplicably suspended on the evening of May 28th. I mostly play the game on my iPhone, but on the evening of the 28th, I logged into my computer and was forcibly logged out after only about ten minutes. When I tried to log back in, it said my account was banned. I didn't have any auxiliary tools running on my computer; I relied entirely on mouse clicks. This is truly baffling.

Same situation here. Account blocked, no response after cooperating fully with their security questionnaire.
Username: TinTinD
Timeline:

May 21 – Account blocked without any explanation or evidence provided
May 23 – I discovered the block and immediately contacted CoinPoker support. Received a reply from Gabrielle confirming that an investigation was underway
May 23–27 – No further updates despite waiting. I proactively reached out again, explaining my situation in detail and requesting the opportunity to either contact the Security Team directly or provide a fuller account of my case
May 27 – Security team sent a questionnaire asking me to disclose all software used
May 28 – I responded in full detail within 24 hours: I use H2N4 for hand history review and Jurojin for hotkeys and line recording β€” both widely used and generally considered compliant tools. I confirmed I have never used any RTA, automation, or real-time assistance tools, and have never shared hands or screens with anyone in real time
Since then – Complete silence. No update, no follow-up, no resolution

I also want to note that I had previously reported a bug with Jurojin's table-snapping feature that was causing the CoinPoker client to freeze and crash. My affiliate confirmed that CoinPoker's dev team had contacted Jurojin directly regarding the issue. I mention this simply to illustrate that I have always engaged with this platform in good faith.
I have never logged into my account from any device other than my personal laptop. I offered full cooperation with any verification. That offer has been met with silence.

This is clearly a pattern, not an isolated mistake.

I have encountered the same issue. Four of my friends who play on CoinPoker have all been banned. Could this be a false ban caused by a bug after the update? We have all sent emails but haven't received any response for a long time.

We swear that we have never used any illegal software or tools. We hope the platform will take this mass account ban seriously and handle it properly.

You forgot to post with Account "CallCallThree" as well to make it even more believable that all Accounts that posted are different individuals

I am in direct contact with the CoinPoker team on DC. Not everyone dials up to report their situation here.

If you think this is just one person posting, feel free to ask 2+2 to ban me.

You are so narrow-minded. Does a new account that has never posted before have to be the same person? It's fine that you trust the platform for now, but it's also fine that others have experienced a large-scale unjustified account ban and come here to explain their situation. It's impolite to mock and ridicule others without knowing all the facts.

How much are they paying you?

You can check my records on any platform that trades poker player data. I registered my first CoinPoker account under the alias "enjoy it" back in March, and have since been playing high-stakes tables from NL500 to NL2000. Why on earth would I fabricate a story and post it on forums to smear a poker platform with a 8-year history using my real identity? What would I possibly gain from doing that?

I don’t follow your logic at all. I created my 2+2 account specifically to file complaints about CoinPoker. Their handling of the issue was utterly unreasonable, which is why I signed up for 2+2 to seek help. I’ve played Texas Hold’em for 15 years. Is it a problem that I didn’t have a 2+2 account before? This is simply unbelievable.

I meant CoinPoker has an 8-year history. I think you misunderstood that part.

Grinding NL25 here, hit by the same wave on May 22.

Regarding Ticket 260522478-E: Julian from support told me on May 23 it was with security. No further guidance or information requests were ever sent to me. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have been putting in high volume for nearly 2 months and have NEVER even requested a withdrawal.

After gathering from my affiliate agent that this wave might be related to Clause 21, I proactively provided my situational statement and actual session recordings to [email protected] without even being asked.

It has been over 10 days of ghosting. I play 100% manually with NO HUD or H2N. The lack of basic communication with honest low-stakes players is unacceptable.

Just a quick update on my situation: I managed to get a response from their official X (Twitter) account via DM. The rep there specifically asked for my registered email, username, and ticket history to look into it.

I provided everything immediately, hoping for a breakthrough. But guess what? Right after I gave them the details, they completely ghosted me again.

Absolutely no follow-up, no replies. It's just another technical black hole. The lack of basic sync between their social media team and security department is just mind-blowing.

@Coin_Poker Is anyone actually handling active tickets, or are we just shouting into the void?

just curious, how many of you were playing from a "banned" country? USA, UK, India etc?

As far as I know, the locations of the players affected by this mass ban span a wide range, including Canada, Japan, China, Hong Kongβ€”and possibly others I’m not aware of.

After I sent multiple follow-up reminder emails, Coin’s customer support finally responded that they will provide a resolution within 2 to 5 business days. We’ll keep our fingers crossed, and I’ll post all the latest updates on this thread.

Hi all, security cases do take some time to review, especially when it's a large ring of connected players that were suspended all at the same time. Thanks for your patience.

Hi yes that was me you messaged on Saturday, I replied on Sunday, and again today on Tuesday after you asked for an update on Monday, I don't have one yet from security but it's been escalated. Security issues are just taken very seriously to protect our players.

Thank you for confirming this is a large-scale suspension β€” at least now it's clear we're not just one person posting from multiple accounts. From what I've gathered across different channels, at least 50 individual players have been affected, and there are likely many more who have simply gone quiet.

My own account TinTinD has gone over a week with no reply after I explained my situation in full β€” and before that, it took three days and a follow-up email just to get a templated response. How long are we realistically looking at here?

The accounts caught up in this span every kind of player β€” different stakes, different games, different devices, and many who have never touched any third-party tools. This really does look like a mass false blocked. Could this please be escalated and treated as an urgent priority? The longer this drags on, the greater the damage to player trust and CoinPoker's reputation.

I seem to be in a very similar situation.
Game ID: hilarious309810
I mainly played NL25-NL100 cash games, as well as PLO4, PLO5, and PLO6. I even tried Short Deck for a few days.

My timeline:
* May 26: I logged into CoinPoker and found that my account had been suspended. I immediately contacted support and asked what had happened.
* May 29: I received a reply from the Security Team stating that I had allegedly used prohibited software and that my account had been permanently banned. They also said the decision was final.
* No evidence was provided, and nobody asked me any questions or gave me any opportunity to explain or respond.
* On May 29, I replied asking for details, evidence, and a review of the decision.
* Followed up again on May 30 and June 2.
* As of today, I have received no further response.

I strongly deny using any prohibited software and have repeatedly offered to cooperate with any investigation. @Coin_Poker

What concerns me most is that such a serious accusation was made without any evidence being presented, and all of my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. If CoinPoker believes I violated the rules, I would at least expect a transparent review process and an opportunity to respond.

Has anyone else gone through a similar process or managed to get their case reviewed again?

Thank you very much for your reply. We hope this large-scale wrongful account suspension issue can be resolved as soon as possible. Since the platform’s major system overhaul back in March, numerous skilled and legitimate poker players have joined CoinPoker. Please deliver a satisfactory resolution to these players who have placed their trust in your platform. This wrongful suspension has brought substantial troubles to myself and dozens of my friends. Trust takes a long time to build yet can be broken in an instant. We wish CoinPoker continued prosperity going forward.

Does this wave of bans have anything to do with the bug from the software update? At the end of last month, there were way too many bans for no apparent reason, and the email replies have been extremely slow β€” no response for a week or even ten days.
