I'm in contract to buy a fixer 2BR / 2 BA condo near UNLV. It's a gated hi-rise with gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna. I'm M, early 60's. I am looking to stay in Vegas for a month or two starting June. Airbnb options on strip seems to be about $4k for example MGM Signature. Any other suggestions? I am going with my wife and would like the place to be relatively nice.

Look into the jockey club ,it's next to bellagio. They do 60 day rentals as of last year..
It's right on the strip though but perfect for wsop grind

Thank you. Maybe it's because I am outside of USA but I can't see pricing info on their website. Gives me error codes. Airbnb, Agoda etc is around $5K p/m. Weird enough, yesterday Signature at MGM did not have anything under $4K on Airbnb but when I searched Jockey Club specifically today, there is one listed at $3.5K and a couple under $4k. I wonder if it's the Airbnb algorithm or prices were reduced today.

try the jockey club or polo towers, its next to the bellagio and the extra rent you will pay is kinda of absorbed because you wont have to uber
