Badger Den / ClubGG — $599 cashout unpaid for months

Hi everyone,

I’m posting this as a warning to other players and to hopefully get my cashout resolved.

I played in The Badger Den, a ClubGG private club, and have had a $599.14 cashout unpaid for months.

This is not a dispute about a hand, a bonus, or game rules. I asked to withdraw my remaining balance and have not been paid.

Short timeline:

* March 28: I first asked the owner to cash out my remaining balance.
* March 30: I repeated that I still wanted to cash out, after he suggested I join another game instead.
* April 1–6: I asked how to cash out. He told me to use the bot. The bot did not work / showed restrictions, and he said he would fix the database.
* April 18–23: I followed up again. He said he thought the cashout was in and was waiting for my address. He also confirmed USDT ERC20 was possible.
* April 30: I sent the exact cashout amount, $599.14, and my USDT ERC20 address.
* May 7–8: I followed up after another week with no money. He replied that he was “just behind” and should get to it early in the week.
* May 14: Still no payment. I followed up again.
* May 21: I sent a final private request and gave him 48 hours to either pay or give a clear reason. He replied that he needed “a day or two” and was trying to move funds around.
* May 24: Still no payment or update. When I asked for a clear reason, he replied: “The reason is I do not have the funds currently. Once I have them I can process.”
* Later May 24: He said he could not give a firm date, would check on a partial payment, and that part of the issue was that more currency was in cash than crypto.
* I told him I was also fine receiving the payout in fiat instead of USDT.
* May 26: Still no payment. He said he was traveling, would be back in his home office the next night, and could look it up then.
* May 27: I said I would wait until he was back in his home office and asked for either payment, a partial payment, or a specific payment plan.
* May 31: I have received no payment, no partial payment, no transaction ID, and no clear payment plan.

The key point is that the owner has not disputed the balance. When I asked for a clear reason for the delay, he replied: “The reason is I do not have the funds currently. Once I have them I can process.”

I am not claiming to know the full financial situation of the club. I am only sharing my own unpaid cashout and the explanation I was given by the owner.

The Badger Den website advertises same-day cashouts. In my case, this cashout has been delayed for months.

Update:

After I sent the owner the link to this thread, my Telegram conversation with him disappeared from my side.

Fortunately, I had already saved screenshots of the conversation before this happened.

I still have not received any payment, partial payment, transaction ID, or repayment plan.

Unfortunately, finding random clubs, without doing a proper research, leads to this.

That’s fair in general, but this was not a random Discord club I found yesterday.

I joined through WorldPokerDeals / Rounder Casino in October 2025. Their Rounder Casino review looked legitimate enough at the time, and they are still advertising the room on their site. At some point the accounts/action were moved over to The Badger Den ClubGG club.

So yes, in hindsight I should have been more careful. But this was not me randomly sending money to an unknown Telegram club with zero context.

Also, regardless of how I joined, the main issue remains the same: I requested a $599.14 cashout, it has been delayed for months, and the owner eventually told me the reason was that he does not currently have the funds.

Update:

Yesterday I received a Telegram bot promo message from The Badger Den.

The message started with:
“Lauri - you already have chips in The Badger Den, so this is not a deposit pitch.”

It then said:
“- same-day cashouts have been easier to follow”
and linked to their schedule, promotions, and cashout ledger.

This is while my own $599.14 cashout is still unpaid, with no partial payment, no transaction ID, and no payment plan.

The owner previously told me the reason for non-payment was:
“The reason is I do not have the funds currently. Once I have them I can process.”

So they are still sending me promos to return to the games and advertising improved same-day cashouts, while my existing cashout remains unpaid.
