[Bodog/Bovada/Ignition] Unofficial Thread
This thread is to separate the Bovada-related comments and questions from the Official Bodog Support Thread, which is th
Is there any confirmation from an outside source like the Ignition Forum that this new account here is legitimate instead of a troll?
- Freezing tables
- Insta leave when siting out through disconnection (from your side)
- Reloading too slow, even when reloading before all in (resulting in sitout and wait for BB)
- Delay when opening 1st table (mostly the next tables will open just normal)
- Random shutdowns on phone when playing 3+ tables and losing all tables even when getting back within seconds.
Can you provide some more information that I can pass along?
- Does it just occur when you multi-table?
- What stakes are you typically playing when it happens?
- What table size are you typically playing when it happens?
Thanks for the feedback, I will follow up when I hear more
I'm not sure if this is a genuine account / post but I will ask anyway.
Given it is an objective truth that Ignition / Ozoon is infested with bots, why does the site continue to deny it despite being provided with overwhelming evidence over the last 2+ years?
I look forward to your response. Thank you.
Can you provide some more specific information on where you are seeing the bots?
- Tournaments or Cash?
- Any specific level or buy-in you are playing?
- Roughly when was the last time you experienced it?
Any time a player is identified as trying to manipulate or utilize bots their accounts are permanently closed, and accounts are seized and redistributed amongst impacted players.

From the registration e-mail address, I would bet $3.50 it is.
He or she should be coloured up and under-titled in the near future.
Please see OP of this thread, where I went all in.

I'm usually multitabling, not sure if this occurs when 1 tabling.
Playing cash PLO .5-1 up to 2.5-5
Tiled tables
All this happens when playing in the browser, on my phone or the client
If you scroll back you can easily see I'm not the only one or just check the tables and see how often people disconnect.
When I get sat on an empty table, like clockwork, a 30bb stack sits and a second or two later a 100bb stack sits. This is a constant pattern that possibly aligns with bot system that's been apparent the 5 plus years I've been playing here. Sometimes I still sit and play in hopes a few humans join but I'd still like an explanation?
Would you be able to provide more specifics on where you are seeing these issues? What specific stakes you were playing on and when the most recent time you noticed them. Or is this a more general statement you are making? The more information you provide the better the security team can isolate and remove these issues.
The things that your security team has been doing the past 4-5 years isn't working. You need to higher professional poker players that have done mass data analysis on the bots. They will be able to identify the bots. Plenty of professional poker players have offered in the past but nothing has been done. Colluding bots have ruined this poker ecosystem and it will only get worse.

NO.
This is what you do EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
You have been shown MOUNTAINS of evidence for years and each time you create this loop:
Ask for evidence -> Deny it is conclusive -> Ask for more evidence in the future if anything changes.
You deny, deny deny ALL the time.
I will not be part of that.

So you are going to be another rep that lies straight to our face and pretends to not have botting and collusion issues. What a savior you are! People reading this post, Ignition does not give a **** about game integrity and even worse they lie about it as seen above. Stay off this site.

Just so you know, the first word most poker players associate with Ignition is "bots." Just so you know. I really think you should know that.
like the various people have said above... I used to play primarily on Ignition/Bovada for years, however I haven't played a hand there in close to a year simply because of rampant botting and collusion... If you folks are SERIOUS about your poker room and product, it's long overdue to address it... I don't need "specific hands" or tournaments to point to, as it's certainly obvious there IS a problem, and has been for quite a while... need to blow smoke up our ass with the "our team takes cheating and collusion seriously" BS, just address it!
This reminds me of Ipokers reputation many years ago, it wasn't improved by words. Your actions will determine how your sites reputation improves.
And yes Ipoker still has problems in this area I am sure but it is nothing compared to what it was. There is a road to improvement, travel it.
Make monthly poker deposit bonuses the same as first-deposit bonuses. And reduce the cost of tickets in the store by 10 times. Current prices are horribly high, 1-3% RB.
Probably speaking to deaf ears, but I would feel a million times better about playing here if: there was an ignition downtime status button similar to what you find in the league of legends client, hand histories were downloadable 8-12 hours sooner, players had a permanent name assigned to them in hand histories after downloading, and players were tagged by country during play. I have not played a serious amount of volume here in 18 months, so I don't know if the disconnect bug is still happening, but if it is, then that's pretty cringe, Ignition!
Site is completely down right now?
got frozen out of my session on ozoon and now can't access the site, i can load the software prior to login screen but can't get there
god bless bodog/ignition/bovada/ozoon
.... they're not coming back are they....
Funny how you point out the main issue with the site being collusion and botting and all of the sudden the representative disappears. I can’t wait for him to reappear and continue to copy and paste the same ridiculous post over and over again. Welcome to ignition where we gaslight you and lie straight to your face and pretend that we care.
To ignition support, no one buys that bots get banned. You can find sites actively advocating for it if you look and it's not that hard of a challenge. Bovada has lost their customer base due to lack of transparency. You can literally watch videos of multiple pcs playing in the same room. I believe at this point you have damaged your own reputation so much everyone needs usernames and hands to be recorded. The bot issue has been known for years and the little disacknowledgement/trust me bro just isn't believable.
Does anyone remember the time when that Ignition representative came in here asking for feedback and then we all told him about the bots and he said "what bots?" and then we said "yeah you're gonna leave forever aren't you" and then he left forever. That was funny.

Well i have to say it was and interesting and brave move to suddenly send a rep after all those years not caring. A bit unfair to send someone completely new who is still learning about the state of the site and who was unaware those uncomfortable questions would inevitably come up but at least they tried.
Consistency with the mtt schedule would be awesome it seems to always be changing

Meetings, meetings, meetings.
He should be back with us today or tomorrow.
