I thought I'd attempt to solve this problem on my iPhone by deleting the app and then re-installing it, but as noted above, it doesn't even look like this app exists any more in the app store. I noted this to one of the floors in our room my next session and he was totally unaware of it. Lol, so I guess if you currently have the app it may or may not work, but anyone new won't be able to get the app, and meanwhile the higher ups making the decision of making the app no longer available haven't communicated this to their staff (or is anyone actually aware the app is no longer available)? Lolz.

Confirming that the Gateway app does not have a functioning URL in the Apple App store.

My guess is that the situation is so bad that the higher ups are directing people to keep it quiet.
Any updates on these apps? Mine still don't work.
