Seniors Event # 46

Can someone please explain how the Seniors Event will be held. I don't understand the Flight A and 2A

day 2 for flight A is 2A, day 2 for flight B is 2B. Day 3 is survivors of 2A and 2B combined.

Players who make day 2A and bust before late reg for Day 1B has ended can get right back in since both flights are on the same day.

Gives an incentive to play day 1A.

You can make the money in flight A, bust, and hop right back in for flight B.

Does the bubble burst on day 1 for the Seniors? For most events with 60 minute levels the bubble is on day 2, but the stack is so short for that event that maybe it does go in level 11? In any case, yes it looks like this is another one where you could conceivably cash multiple times.

Money bubble in the seniors is on day 2 usually somewhere in level 14.

I was going to play an event at the Venetian on Monday and skip 1A, but this structure has me definitely playing 1A. If you bag on Monday (1A) and then bag on Tuesday (2A), you get Wednesday off before the survivors come back on Thursday for Day 3.

Had to look this up myself first time I played a seniors flight event. Flight A and Flight B are just two separate starting days where you play down to a certain blind level or survivor count, then all the flight survivors bag up and come back together for Day 2. You only need to survive one flight to advance, so if you bust Flight A you can re-enter on Flight B. Check the structure sheet for the "advance to Day 2" criteria, that's usually buried in the blind level notes.

Not sure if AI post. But they changed it this year. Day 2 is its own flights as well

Day 2A and Flight 1B are on the same day.

Seems more confusing.

MrsTBE and myself are at the airport en route to Bellagio. I will be playing Monday, assuming I didn’t advance in Sunday’s $800 DeepStack.

Busted both my day 1A bullets by jamming the turn into a better hand. Once with a set that was drawing live, once with a flush that was drawing dead.

Like others, it took me a bit to understand the new structure. I assumed that you would not be allowed to re-enter after cashing, but it is allowed - presumably maximising numbers and rake is the overriding concern.

I busted 2B of the Milly Maker after the bubble and entered 1D. Only getting KK cracked by QJ stopped me from double-cashing.

It seems to have broken Hendon Mob. My cashes in the Seniors and Milly Maker are not showing - they have processed the people who made Day 3, but I expect they will have to tweak their system to allow for multiple cashes by one person.

I think Hendon Mob has their own problem.

WSOP dailies are still not included from even day1!! ( almost 42 days)

WSOP and WSOP dailies produced so many cashes/winners , Hendon Mob is not capable of keeping pace with them in updating players records.
