Jamming like this allows him to play perfectly with his range. His good hands will call and you'll be in rough shape and his weak hands will fold. He needs to fold almost all the time for it to be profitable and he won't. With QTo vs his min 3bet calling is absolutely the best play, you keep in his junk and get to play in position.

We have a different way of playing. I like to focus on ranges and strategies more than the particular combo being played in the hand.
This person will call down with any bit of equity, so why not jam on the flop?
