NO ONE is asking for players to be deanonymized during play. Let me repeat: NO ONE is asking to disenfranchise the recreational's anonymity, this is not a bumhunt feature what so ever. The spirit behind deanonymizing players in hand histories after a set amount of time is that it allows players to more reliably tag and investigate accounts WHILE maintaining anonymous tables. You keep telling us you have "robust" security measures in place, that we are superstitious, but the fact that a botting ring is destroying games rests on unimpeachable evidence. These responses do not address our concern.

Please pass on the suggestion of having lower buy ins for the 18 man KO tournament. The 6 max never run and you guys have all the data to prove it. Remove the 6 max KO's and and add more 18 man KO's. And yes there are lots of collusion in the TON'S. It's harder to collude in a 18 man KO format.

Can you do something about people tanking during hand for hand play (usually just money not ft bubble) in low stakes tournaments. Super annoying because there is no reason to delay during hand for hand. I guess it’s a good sign for me that people are dumb enough to think it helps them but i don’t care bc it’s mostly just very annoying.

Such a desperate attempt to regain faith in the community lmao, ive sent you dozen of suspicious hand histories indicating bots and collusion at the plo cash games. Your response was always we will send to our team and assured me there are no bots. Ive lost so much money because of your greed and ignorance. I wished i listened to the other pros that told me to quit earlier. Such a nice feeling playing on sites like acr and coinpoker and actually knowing there are no bots there and colluders without hiding behind anonymous screenames. As soon i quit your site i became a winning player again funny that.

I will continue to hate and discourage new players from signing up to ignition. Its been several years honest poker players have complained about bots and lost millions of dollars only to be ignored. They have shown absolute zero initiative to combat the bot issues. Why not implement the simple random bot tests like acr, because they dont care. Why not reveal screenames so these bots and colluders can stop hiding. Also a chance igniton run the bots themselves too. I highly recommend no one to play on this site, there are so many better options out there.

Ozoon seems to be working now for me

Two or three times in the last 3 days I've gotten the following message on Bovada:
"Your session has expired
Click OK to re-login and restart the poker client. This will close all game windows."

Anybody else having this problem?
I'm guessing it relates to the latest software update, as it's not something I had ever run in to before that update.

This error keeps popping up constantly now

WPN offers more rakeback and especially if you play a ton, is it really that much worse than coin? It can be hard to find a recreational on a table a lot of the time.

If it's not going to result in the say, top 3 gripes in this thread ever being properly being addressed then who cares. Gone for several days at a time and communication within the company and general chain of command is weak.

Ozoon client back to not loading for me again.

To the Ignition rep:

1. I agree with the comments from others about obvious collusion in the double and triple up sngs, I have experienced it.

2. The table background for mystery bounty mtts is terrible - it obscures important table elements, making it much harder to see what's going on than normal tables. I almost never play them for that reason.

3. After updating the client today, the "transactions" section is not working right. Most transactions are missing. Ditto on the website.

4. I haven't been able to download hand histories for days, it always says Connection to the Server Cannot Be Established...

5. The in-game hand history feature (not the replayer which has been reliable) also is very hit or miss (and has been for a long time).

6. Using the pc client, it is not uncommon for sngs to not open once they fill and begin. This has been an issue for a long time. One has to remember that one registered for them, then go and open them manually. I have lost a lot of money because of this problem.

7. For (I think) the first time ever a few days ago, I registered for a sng, but when it filled up and started, not only did it not open, but the lobby button displayed "view table" where it should've said "take my seat." The other tournament I was playing was working just fine, including the lobby. I tried everything to get into the registered sng that didn't open... restarted the client, clicked on the Casino Games tab then back to SNG, closed client and cleared igntion data from pc, etc. NOTHING WORKED. Weirdest thing ever. I eventually logged in via browser and was able to get into the problem sng that way (after missing half of it).

Apologies on the delay. Thank you for the clear feedback on areas of frustration for you. Regarding downtime status buttons, we know we haven’t been great at communicating scheduled downtimes in the past and are looking at ways to improve this process updates so it doesn’t come across as a surprise when they log in.

Regarding the permanent names for HH, this is a great idea. We are always looking at ways to make the player experience more dynamic and enjoyable for our players. I don’t know how feasible it is to implement currently, but I will absolutely pass it on as a valuable insight to the network.

Thanks for taking the time to raise this specific issue. This has been a known problem for a while and we understand that there is nothing more frustrating to a poker player than to receive bonus in casino credits with rollover playthroughs attached. I can tell you that the Ignition team is actively reviewing the bonus structure for this very reason and we are expecting to overhaul the current bonus structure.

But for additional context and for the long term health of the poker room, we (Ignition) focus our bonuses on our depositing recreational players This is part of our broader philosophical approach. Things like open rake back go against this model by incentivizing professionals at the expense of recreational players and can have a negative impact on the long term sustainability of the player base.

Would you be willing to share when the encounter with the customer service agent that told you to play on only one table occurred? We can pass to PWL to see if they have contacts at Ozoon for better training.

I appreciate the candid feedback. Part of the reason we wanted to start engaging with players like you on 2+2 was to hear your criticisms and suggestions. In terms of the deanonymized player names on HH here is what the response from the network has been: "It is something that we (PWL network) are actively discussing internally at our review meetings. While its not on a short term roadmap it is something that multiple players in here including yourself have raised to us and it is firmly on our radar.

Thank you for flagging. I have raised the points you made about the catalog of bots on SnapMDA to the network security team, but I am sure they are already familiar with it. Both the network and Ignition brand understand how valuable you and the other players are in the fight against bots, so please keep forwarding your criticisms and suggestions.

I know this wasnt exactly what you were hoping to hear, but i hope it at least helped answer part of your concerns, we know we still have a lot of work to do in this department.

Same 4 accounts maxing out their 4 table max waiting in double up lobbies that will take hours to fill.

Most obvious case of collusion/bots in double up sng. The hand histories conveniently not working right for sngs. This is displayed in big blinds not cash.

I came here to post the same thing about these accounts sitting at these double ups sometimes 24 hours a day. It's more than just 3 accounts too. They have 3 at 5 tables at the moment.
