NL2, 6-max, top pair vs bad turn

Pacific Poker - $0.02 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players

BTN: 33.5 BB (VPIP: 33.33, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 3)
SB: 110.5 BB (VPIP: 27.56, PFR: 11.25, 3Bet Preflop: 3.03, Hands: 420)
BB: 102 BB (VPIP: 34.78, PFR: 16.52, 3Bet Preflop: 3.03, Hands: 117)
UTG: 144 BB (VPIP: 85.71, PFR: 28.57, 3Bet Preflop: 33.33, Hands: 7)
Hero (CO): 100 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A J

fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, SB calls 2.5 BB, BB calls 2 BB

Flop: (9 BB, 3 players) 6 T A
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets 5.5 BB, SB calls 5.5 BB, fold

Turn: (20 BB, 2 players) 5
SB checks, Hero checks

River: (20 BB, 2 players) Q
SB checks, Hero checks

Flop: I bet a bit on the high side to charge the draws, a lower ace and to thin out the field. Yes, there can always be a set or a wacky two pair, but that's life. Looking back, I think I should have bet even more, like 7c

Turn and river: looking back, I should have bet turn and maybe check river, because all the busted draws would fold, and now QT has me beat.

Opinions?

5c is not a bad turn

Can definitely bet turn and can bet river as played
