Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A 3

fold, fold, fold, fold, SB calls 0.5 BB, Hero checks

Flop: (2 BB, 2 players) J T 3
SB bets 1 BB, Hero calls 1 BB

Turn: (4 BB, 2 players) 4
SB bets 3.5 BB, Hero calls 3.5 BB

River: (11 BB, 2 players) 3
SB bets 5.5 BB, Hero calls 5.5 BB

Flop: I flop a weak pair plus nut flush draw. I have 14 cards that would improve my hand. I like my chances and the plan is to see turn and river, barring favorable bet sizes. The flop bet size surely falls into this category.

Turn: here, the villain bets almost the entire pot. Here, I have doubts if I should call or not and prefer to stick to my plan. By doing this, I also keep the entire villain's range in play.

River: I hit my outs and call the river bet. Here, I was contemplating for a raise, but I don't know which hands would stick around, beside top pair and above. That's why I called.

Opinions?

Flop call or raise is fine

Turn fine

River is a mandatory raise and not close. Not raising here or even having to contemplate it means you do not understand your hand strength relative to your opponent's.

SB is playing half the cards they're dealt, you crush their range on the flop, even if they bet. Calling and raising should both be ok, but I like raising better, building the pot to prepare stacking them when we hit. All our outs A, 3 and diamonds give us a very strong hand. We can also check behind turn if we want to.

You call on the river is very bad, you definitively must raise here. I would raise pot and would struggle to fold if they jam.
