I don't know how you can claim that Ignition has a new fraud team that is taking things seriously when I've reported hand histories like these and nothing has been done about it. I also have reported probably 50+ instances just like these. Yes, I am an idiot for continuing to play this format as long as I did.

At what point do we start believing these bots are Ignition's or one of the other skins since nothing is being done about it.

I think this is agood recommendation, but detection is not the issue. These cheaters are not even trying to hide what they are doing because they know nothing will be done about it.

Same accounts sitting double ups and triple ups for at least 12 hours now without game filling. Players never leave but when I saw one game fill all players that were sitting for hours on end immediately act, no sit outs.

Also the amount of snap min bets and snap pot bets in plo cash multiway pots is unbelievable. This is real human behavior? Only place on earth it happens is on Ignition.

In 2015 my rake back affiliate burned me so I haven’t played there since.

Paragraph bro. Also, in that time frame depending on where you are in the world, there has been a Bovada and Ignition skin split. It sounds like you might only have one skin. If this is the case, then post again with something like, "I have a Bovada account, but not an Ignition account, anyone here able to offer me an Ignition rackback deal?" Or viceversa.

Is anyone experiencing problems verifying a withdrawal request using the SMS code system?

I noticed for a few weeks they changed the verification method to asking for the account PIN number, now they are using SMS again, however whenever I try there is an error message and no code comes through.

I have tried support via online help, but of course they say nothing is wrong. I have also tried with different browsers.

I tried all this (deleted both folders) but this nothing changed...I also tried from different PCs (apple and windows)

Anyone else still having this issue??

Same, and its odd that it works for cash games. Usually whenever that error would pop up it would be for the hand history section across all games

I had a version of this happen to me today in registering and unregistering for some of the big Sunday MTT tournaments. I was on again and then off again going to go to a baseball game and therefore was registering/unregistering for some MTTs and it locked me out from doing anything without a complete reboot of poker client. First time I have experienced this, but also first time I ever was trying to register/unregister/register for tournaments.

I have escalated this with support even though i have zero hope, maybe if others do the same they might actually look into this?

Tourny HH are busted and have been for 2 weeks. Doesnt work on my PC or laptop. I can download cash game hands fine. When I click on the tournament tab for HH it says "Connection to the server cannot be established at the moment. Please try again later." Apparently ignition has no support, chat and email is just bots from what i can tell.. Support completely useless. Fed up with it at this point. What other sites offer HH with cards turned up?

Guys will say it's either complicity or incompetence but it's clearly both. I'd love to watch a day in the life of the Ignition security team.

I've probably paid 6 figs in rake over the years and I have fully cashed out. Someone get a hold of me when bots get gone and we get 1% of the refunds we deserve.

What is ignition's policy on vpns? I have one but i added an exception to it for ignition (split tunneling) so it won't be utilized on the ignition client.

Been using it this way for a long time, but I just disconnected it while playing, and it caused a temporary disconnect in the client, suggesting that it is in fact affecting the client even though its not supposed to.

Does the client operate on top of other software, like our web browser or something? I don't understand why it's apparently running thru the vpn when i have split tunneling on and ignition set as an exception.

Question for the rep. Why does the site go down almost daily? Has to be costing you guys a ton of money and I don't know how the fix could possibly be that hard. You need to clean house over there and actually hire competent professionals.

i am having trouble withdrawing money on ignition. I usually request payment by cheque, next step is for them to send a code by sms to my phone. Thats the problem, no code is sent

also live chat doesnt seem to work

I want to use a VPN so I can download and play using the app, but also don't want to get banned. My country has blocked the app. Anyone have a solution?

As a reg its cool to see a rep here but, we aren't ******ed we know the past, present, and future please just do good business that's all we want.

The fact a "rep" has come in and won't even acknowledge the bot problem that effectively killed the site or at least the games at 2knl completely says all you need to know about it all. They don't care or will never fix it. They could literally outscore the job to an independent data guy for 3k a month and they still refuse to contact or make a statement and address the issue. I'm sure there is guys would even do it for free just to have the option to play there again. The cheating is aboustley out of control and the bots have gotten to a point now where they access to millions of hands of data through all sites around the world so now you're playing against a bot of a perfect mix of a "solver" that can also implement MDA stuff in the right spots.

1- Please use Google Chrome in order to log in to the account.

2- Delete the browser history since the beginning.

3- Clear cache & cookies.

4- Log in on a tab in incognito mode. (Private)

5- Turn on your cell phone's airplane mode and turn it off.

6- If the above does not work, please try to use a different device
