Sick of home game logistics (napkin math, blind timers) — built a tool and need harsh feedback

Hey everyone,

I run a regular home game and I finally got tired of the logistical headaches that slow down the night. I was constantly dealing with confusing blind timers, arguments over season standings, and doing "napkin math" to figure out the leaderboards.

I ended up building a browser-based tool for my own group to automate this. It handles the blind clock, check-ins, and tracks season stats automatically without forcing any of the players to download an app.

I'm not here to spam links—I'm genuinely trying to figure out if this is just a "me" problem, or if other hosts struggle with this too. For those of you running weekly games or bar leagues: what is the single biggest time-sink or recurring annoyance you wish would just go away?
