** World Cup 2026 - USA, Canada, Mexico Thread **
Saw no thread was active yet while it starts tomorrow so I'd gave it a go
No real time for an extensive write-up but lets
How? Belgium were huge favs over Senegal yet USA are favs over Belgium without a striker? Someone might say Pepi. Lol at Pepi.
Might have to get some early money in on Belgium.
They’re trash but not sure how good USA will be without Balogun.
Didn’t Belgium beat USA in a friendly not that long ago? Like 6-2 or something?
Good luck to Pepi vs Courtois.

gonna invest heavily in Belgium win in 90 mins at $2.60
Found this interesting...
Sergej Barbarez, the head coach of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team. Barbarez spent over a decade playing professional poker, even making two World Series of Poker final tables, before taking his very first soccer coaching job with Bosnia.
hell yeah, brother
goal/assist
Objectively, Belgium has ****ing sucked for almost all of the tournament and Senegal played them out of the building for 80 minutes. I am not scared of them. Dead 50/50 feels right.
if, and big if, we beat Belgium on Monday, the QF vs Spain (if they make it) becomes the biggest match in USMNT history and I'm not sure my heart can handle that.
then after that you'd only have to beat france. then messi. ez game
I already got my enjoyment *shrug*
Which "Golden Generation" Has the Most Pressure?
Which national team do you think has the most pressure at FIFA World Cup 2026?
England, Portugal, France, Belgium, or someone else?
Curious how everyone's World Cup 2026 predictions have changed after seeing the qualifiers and recent form.
Who's most likely to underperform?
USA should qualify against Belgium. I ain't saying its gonna be rigged or anything but that's definitely what FIFA will want to happen as well. Brings back memories of a bar manager I knew who put the whole weekends takings on Italy to beat South Korea in 2002 and got fcuked. Proper degeneracy.
Plus Belgium are basically slow and ass imo. Trossard has been good I guess. KDB hasn't turned up yet.
tomorrow:
spain vs austria (in inglewood)
portugal vs croatia (in toronto)
switzerland vs algeria (in vancouver)
Spain
Portugal (CR7 will be a man possessed again after all the other big dogs continue to turn up)
Draw in 90, Swiss to qualify.
CR7 vs Modric tonight
Probably the best player RM ever had vs the most decorated player (and my personal favorite)
Im rooting for Croatia
tomorrow:
spain vs austria (in inglewood)
portugal vs croatia (in toronto)
switzerland vs algeria (in vancouver)
What I want to happen today:
Spain 1-2 Austria
Portugal 0-7 Croatia
Switzerland 1-3 Algeria
What I think will happen today:
Spain 3 - 1 Austria
Portugal 1(p) - 1 Croatia
Switzerland 2 - 0 Algeria
Switzerland has Vancouver experience. Home game for them.
