Can you help me to determine our non heart bluffs in this hand

Hello! First time posting here. I got into big trouble on this river. In my opinion this is a classic polarized vs condensed range situation (on this board I have some really strong hands). My current hand on the river is basically trash. The thing that really troubles me is that I find it very difficult to find non heart bluffs here. My value range here is mostly flushes, sets and two pairs. On preflop I call a reraise on this both with this hand maybe around 10-15% time (I use RNG). Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
