I think it's a bet for sure. maybe 3/4 or pot?

Turn: i think you should go. Most top str would have bet and you block them. You want to value sets and protect better draws.
If you didn't have protection with flush draws you should check.
No way we fold if we pot turn. We still play fulls, flush
AP, it’s difficult imo to construct a hand that checks T9 here. I suppose maniac could have T9333 with no hearts. I bet 500 and call for the 2c when the dealer burns for the river.
