Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A J

fold, fold, fold, BTN raises to 4 BB, Hero raises to 12 BB, fold, BTN calls 8 BB

Flop: (25 BB, 2 players) T J 6
Hero bets 12.5 BB, BTN raises to 25 BB, fold,

My question is if that the flop fold is correct. I am getting 17% pot odds when he raises and if he does it with a range that beats my current hand (2 pair or better), I am 43-57, according to Flopzilla.

  • I might be getting confused but how are you getting 43% equity against a range that beats AJ? You'd be crushed. Do you mean range vs. range? If so, it'd help to post what your range here is.
  • Villain's value range here (2pair or better, as you define it) has 30 combos (that's assuming he doesn't 4bet JJ pre). On this board, he has a lot more draws/combo draws than that. Not to mention that you beat some of his value range (KJ, QJ). I don't think I'm ever folding here.

nope, i'm all in too.
