I see they have a support ticket feature on their site which could explain it better. On our
as well I can see some players use it lately with the latest patch, if you search back for it they might be able to help more.
I played a hand against what I assume is a bot named YNWA2005 and I searched opponents name and noticed at least 25 other players with "ynwa" in their username.
I could understand there being 25+ users with "david" or "luke" or even "abdul" as part of their username. But 25+ "ynwa" usernames. It doesnt seem right...
Please send over the usernames to support so they can investigate, as mentioned above though this is a common acronym https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.p...
After having complained at length in a couple of posts about splash pots never showing up, over the past couple of sessions (~5k hands) I've had 2 MEGAs & 7-8 regular splash pots. Couldn't win a single damn one of them but they did show up. Also the table loading problem hasn't been a problem since the new update a couple of days ago. If I could stop running like complete dogsh that would be great but overall I'm happy here over GG

Please add the ability to wait list and then close a table while staying on the wait list (for app specifically). Or just ability to wait list without opening a table also ok.
That way if there are 10 games going that im happy to play i can waitlist all of them and play the first 5 available instead of just 5 (better for coinpoker better for me)
Honestly, I saw another user commenting on this same issue—winning at certain tables but not seeing the correct amount reflected in your balance. I’ve sent numerous emails, yet no one resolves it. I don't understand why the site keeps ignoring this; I’ve sent plenty of videos and screenshots. On top of that, I previously had issues with tables freezing, where the buy-in amount didn't return to my balance after the crash. Ultimately, I hope a site comes along that offers better solutions for user issues, genuinely considers maintaining a fair rake for players, and is more transparent about bots and cheaters—things I don't feel are happening at CoinPoker right now. Still, I prefer playing here over sites like GGPoker or mobile apps, simply because of the interface and speed, and in the hope that these problems will eventually be fixed.
In short, there are two issues here. It seems that whenever I email them, they treat it as "the freezing stopped, so it's resolved"—but it isn't resolved. I ended up losing money and time, and dealing with the frustration of playing and trying to report a problem that is actually on their end.

The devs ask are you still facing this issue on the latest client update 1.10.0, they've asked you this yesterday in an email, I'll tell them that to speed it up if so.

I didn't have 10% of the problems I have on CoinPoker when I grinded on PokerStars.
In one of the emails, CoinPoker replied that the tab showing details for "winning" tables doesn't necessarily reflect the actual result—whether I'm winning or losing... so do you expect me to play with a calculator by my side? It makes absolutely no sense.
what kind of event is the ticket with the deposit for?

On NL500 and NL1000 it's become almost impossible to get a table with a recreational player because of seating scripters. Tables fill up within seconds and there are regularly 7 players waiting in the waiting list.
It's also very obvious which players are using these scripts — they always seat instantly the moment a rec joins. This is something the security team should be able to detect and act on immediately.
I've already sent three separate tickets to support about this issue, but so far nothing has been done.
If this doesn't get fixed very soon, I'll cash out and take my action elsewhere.

Send the usernames to me please I can escalate that. A technical fix to prevent this is on the roadmap too.

its also at lower stakes. its crazy how many seat scripters there are. i thought they banned them i even googled seat script to see which website they are getting it from. but the sites does have coinpoker so idk very frustrating. they also need to get rid of waiting list. this will solve some probems.
the seat script sites doesnt have coinpoker. so idk where they are getting their scripts from.
